Chapter 24

Me @ Hero this chapter ^^
Jo's perspective, later that day
We finish filming a scene where we've just came back from Ken and Karens Christmas gathering.

"Alright guys, thats a wrap for today, one more week an half of filming left!" Yells Roger and that honestly makes me so sad.
Even though I know there will be more movies, its still the end of an era.

Hero and I walk off set and grab some cookies

"You look pretty in that green dress." he says and I smile.

"Thank you." i say blushing.

"Com'n less go changed, i have the rest of the day planned for us." He says and Im honestly excited.
Hero doesn't need to do any of this, but he is.
And its making me fall for him more and more.

We go back to the trailers and Hero tells me to put on comfortable clothes so I change into stretchy jeans and a sweater, with sneakers.
He knocks on the door and I open it.

"You look cute." he says smiling.

"Should i bring a hat and sunglasses?" i ask and Hero nods, walking in.
He sits on the couch and I look for black sunglasses.

"I like those jeans on you." he says and I giggle.

"Could you not be a perv for a minute?" i say and he smirks.

"Around you, no." he says and I roll my eyes playfully.

"Are you going to tell me where we're going?" i ask and Hero shakes his head as i put my hat on.

I hand him his hat that he left in my trailer and a pair of sunglasses.
We where them when we're out together, incase any fans see us.

"nope, its a suprise." he says and I frown.

"You ready?" he asks and I nod grabbing my purse.

He stands up and gives me a peck that gives me butterflies.

"You think our disguise is good enough?" i ask laughing and he nods.
We leave my trailer and Hero calls an Uber.

The Uber arrives and we get in.

"I've come to the conclusion that I dont like suprises." i say and Hero laughs.
"I mean, like come on, just tell me." i say and he shakes his head.

"No, i want to see your reaction." he says and I rest my head on his shoulder.

The car pulls up to a mini golf place.
"Oh my god, yay." i say and Hero laughs.

Hero pays the Uber and we get out.

"Im so excited!" I say jumping up and down.

"Im happy you like it." Hero says and i smile.

"You think anyone will recongize us though?" i ask and he shrugs.

"I asked Anna, she said we should be fine, as long as we dont attract to much attention to ourselves." Hero says and I nod.
We walk over to the stand and get clubs and golf balls.

"Im totally going to beat you." Hero says as we go to the first course.

"No way, im going to win." i say crossing my arms.

Hero goes first and it takes him two tries to get it in.

I get it in a whole in one and do a victory dance.

"This isnt over we still have nine more obstacles to do!" Hero says and i put my finger on his lips.

"Dont be a sore loser, I got a whole in one." i say dancing and he laughs shaking his head.

We go through the rest of the courses and our scores are close.
We're on the last one and Hero's taking his time to hit the golf ball.

"You scared you're gonna lose." i say and he looks up at me.

"No." he says and I frown watching him.

He gets it in three tries.
He groans when he adds up his score.

"This should be easy." i say smiling and hitting the golf ball.
I hit it and then hit it again and miss.
"No." i say frowing.

"If you get it in, we tie." says Hero and i frown.

I hit the golf ball and miss.

I stand there not even moving to hit the golf ball again.

Knowing i lost.
"Its okay baby." he says walking up to me.

"You still won in my eyes." he says laughing and its so hard to keep a straight face.

"We are not to talk about me losing." I say and he smiles looking down at me.

"Sure." he says and kisses me.

But then he whispers, "But i still beat you." and I push him as he laughs.

"Ugh you're annoying." i say smiling and hitting my golf ball, getting it in on the fourth try.

"You know you love me." he says and I try to hide my smile.

We grab our golf balls and Hero wraps his arm around me as we return them.

"It was a close game". he says smiling and I nod.

"We'll call it a draw." He says and I sigh as he puts his hand out for me to shake.

I hesitate but then shake it.

"I thought you werent going to shake my hand there for a second." he says and I giggle.

"Com'n I have another suprise for you." Hero says and I look up at him.

"another one?!" i ask and he nods.
I follow him to the park that isnt far from the mini golf place.
We walk up to a little table and theres a whole picnic laid out and blanket on the grass.

"How- how did you-" i ask in disbelief.

"Shane helped me out." Hero says and I look at him and smile.

"This is so romantic, oh my god I love you." i say hugging him and giving him a kiss.

"I love you too, Im happy you like it." he says and I smile sitting on the blanket.

"I love it."

This all feels to good to be true.
Everything and everyone is happy right now.
I think thats why im really scared for when filming ends.
Because what's going to happen between Hero and I?
