Fem boys are simply boys who like to dress feminine. This might just be some lace panties, or maybe a skirt or it could be make up and dresses and everything, they're quite often called sissies when being degraded. It varies from sub to sub. Some enjoy it because of the confidence it brings them, and some enjoy it because it is humiliating (and who doesn't like a little bit of humiliation.)
Pet play is where a sub will act like an animal. This varies from submissive to submissive but they can be anything from puppies to cows or kittens. They might dress or act a certain way to allow for more enjoyment and again the levels vary. For some it is simply the name that they enjoy. For others they may like to be treated like said animals. A kitten may crawl on all fours, a puppy may play fetch. It, once again. Is dependent on the sub.
