"[y/n]?"

"Hey Mirio, I got your email," [y/n]'s voice spoke gently from the other end of the call.

"Oh? You did?" Mirio perked up excitedly, a smile forming on his lips.

"Mhm...and I'd love to go with you,"

"Really?!"

"Yes, Mirio," she too smiled as she heard how excited her old friend got.

"I-I didn't think you'd respond! It's been so long!"

"I know, but when I saw your email, it reminded me of all the fun times we had back in U.A. and how much I actually miss you!" [y/n] confesses, though they weren't involved romantically during high school, she did have a little crush on Mirio.

"Ahh, yes! We were Sir's favorite, weren't we?" Mirio mused through the phone.

"And in all honesty, I think I miss you more," he continued.

"Aw shucks, Mirio!" [y/n] bit her lip, realizing that she was quickly winning him over.

"Really! I remember we had a bunch of fun when I helped you out with paperwork!" the blonde began to reminisce on their younger years.

"Time really flies, doesn't it?" [y/n]'s voice spoke softer, allowing Mirio to imagine her beautiful smile.

"It does," he responded as the two then began to plan out their special night, both them deciding to have a gold and black theme and that he will be picking up [y/n] after work that day.

"It won't be a problem with Izuku, right ?" he asked as their conversation came to an end.

"No, it won't! What makes you think that?" [y/n] let out a confused laugh.

"Well, you're his right-hand women—his work wife— I thought you'd be going with him, to be honest with you,"

"You said it yourself, Mirio. I'm his work wife; our relationship is strictly platonic! There's nothing more to it, though I have noticed he has been trying to be more than friends. But I made sure to cut those thoughts from his head," [y/n] explained truthfully.

"Oh, I see...so you're on the market, so to say," Mirio felt a grin forming involuntarily.

"Eh, I suppose I'm not dating tho, I'm just...having fun," she spoke truthfully.

"Fun? So am I part of the fun?"

"Perhaps," a not so sorry smile formed on her luscious lips.

"Consider yourself lucky Mirio, I had many options for the fashion, and out of all of them, I chose you,"

"[y/n]-chan!" Midoriya burst through her doors, a wide-eyed smile plastered on his face.

"Oh? Hello Midoriya-sama!" [y/n] was midway through putting her belongings away since she was getting off early today.

"Are you off?" her boss asked sadly.

"Yeah, I'm off dress shopping!" she replied while slinging her new bag over her shoulder.

"Ohh," Midoriya's demeanor saddens almost immediately as he remembered how [y/n] rejected his date.

"Shouldn't you be suit shopping?" she placed her hand on her hip, her head tilting up.

"Ah!! That's what I came to ask you! Can you order me a suit, please?" he spoke bashfully, which made [y/n] sigh.

"A suit isn't just ordered so easily. You have to get fitted and make sure—you know what come with me. I'll take you to a good tailor," she began to walk towards the door.

"Really?! Just you and me?" Midoriya's eyes shined as [y/n] made her way out of her office.

"Mhm, let's get going; come on now,"

"Yes, ma'am!" his boss grinned excitedly, immediately following her like a lost puppy.
