Girlfriend

My phone beeped and a familiar name was plastered on it's screen. It's Maeve. I looked away and sighed. That girl,hindi parin siya tumitigil kahit sinabi kong may girlfriend na ako. Tsk tsk,some girls are really desperate.

"Hey hon you look tensed,are you okay?" Worry etched on my girlfriend face. Her long wavy hair perfectly matched her thin face. She have this pinkish lips and beautiful eyes that captures every men heart- including mine. I looked at her dress. It's fitted that more emphasizes her curves. See? bat pa ako maghahanap ng iba,kung si Flaure pa lang sapat na.

"I'm fine,ano yang niluto mo?" Yes, I'm at her condo unit. Mukha na nga kaming mag asawa e. I smiled on that thought.

"I cooked adobo kasi diba paborito mo yun?" I smiled and hugged her from behind. Ambait talaga ng girlfriend ko.

"Easy,baka mahulog 'to edi wala na tayong pagkain."

"Edi tayo na lang magkai- aray!" Napahawak na lang ako sa tenga ko dahil sa sakit ng pingot niya.

That day was a full bliss. Nagkuwentuhan kami buong araw ni Flaure, at hindi namin namalayang gabi na pala. I'm really happy to have a girlfriend like her. I sighed. Ngayon babalik na ako sa bahay ko- namin.

"Sa'n ka na naman nanggaling?! Nambabae ka na naman?!" Maeve face was red,an indication that she's really mad. Fuming mad.

"Hindi ko siya babae,girlfriend ko siya." My jaw clenched as I defend my Flaure. Wala siyang karapatang tawagin itong "babae ko" dahil girlfriend ko yun,hindi kabit,hindi sidechick, girlfriend ko.

"H-hindi ka ba aware na may naghihintay sayo?!" Her voice cracked. Probably,because of anger.

"So what? She's my girlfriend anyways." Humiga na lang ako sa sofa at pumikit. Andaming nangyari ngayong araw,nakakapagod. I need to rest my body,just for a while.

"E-eh ako C-Calix,ano mo ba a-ako?" Napatigil ako sa sinabi niya. I opened my eyes and saw her, crying.

"You're nothing to me Maeve." I looked at her blankly.

Naalala ko na naman yung araw na yun. Ang araw kung kailan pinapirma ako ng mga papel na labag sa loob ko. My dad looked at me with his cold dull eyes. I can't do anything but to sign on papers. That day,tuluyan na akong natali sa babaeng ito. The chain was strong enough that I can't break free from it.

I looked away. I can't stand looking at her because it also breaks me knowing that a girl is crying because of me.

"P-payag naman a-ko sa r-relasyon niyo e. Basta s-sakin ka uuwi." Her sobs filled our house and trust me,it hurts seeing her like that.

"C-Calix i love you so much. P-please give me a chance t-to prove m-myself. Magiging m-masaya tayo. " Her hands tried to touch me but i immediately brush it away. I walked away and leaved her crying and kneeling on the floor.

Yes, totoo na girlfriend ko si Flaure,pero may asawa na ako,at yun si Maeve.
