{Third POV}
"What a drag . . ." A huff came from the boys mouth , and started walking past him , the other didn't mind it , he was just glad to finally walk home with a peer for once .
You see , (M/N) had just moved , and wasn't the most . . .People person that walked the Earth. He was in a new area , and not knowing almost anyone , that was almost a recipe for disaster .
"Can you help me with the history homework ? It's too confusing for me , they said it's about what we learned last year , but I wasn't here last year . " That. That was the best attempt at trying to start a conversation with his classmate. and just by judging on what he said, that was the worst attempt he could've said.
"Jokes on you if you think I remembered the things we studied last year . History is just a free nap class." The Nara yawned, does this kid do anything other than sleeping?
They stayed silent for awhile, as they were approaching (M/N)'s house, Shikamaru stopped and turned back to look at him. "Let me see your phone for a minute."
The teen didn't have anything to hide on his phone, besides a few weird memes, so he unlocked it and handed it to the Nara.
The ravenett typed something in, and handing it back to him. "Listen, I'm free Friday. If you want, I could catch you up with the history stuff, or we could just hang out and I could show you the town. Doesn't really matter."
(E/C)'s blinked a bit, and then nodded. "Okay, I'll have to check with my mom, but I'm pretty sure I'm free. See you then, man."
He waved, and then entered inside the house. Happy that he got a new friend, who also was a bit good looking.
