(Y/N) POV

We sat down together back on the couch in the AV room, this time with a blanket that I had brought. Putting the sixth movie into the DVD player I sat down next to Rantaro. The title card began playing, I couldn't help but be fidgety. As we watched the movie, we didn't really pay attention to it, instead opting to talk about our favorite things.

"Wait, why don't you like cars?!" I sat up surprised.

"I'm not entirely sure," He responded as if he'd already heard it a million times.

---------------

Before we knew it, we had finished the one movie and we were both only excited to quickly exit the room. "Would you like to get something to eat..? I mean, if you're hungry." Rantaro pondered.

I nodded at his question as I asked one of my own. "Didn't you basically do all the cooking last time Rantaro?"

"Ahem, I'll have you know I love to cook." He dashed out of the AV room and towards the kitchen. As I trodded after him, by the time I had finally located the cafeteria, there was no stopping Rantaro from cooking; He was already almost finished. I sat down, defeated, at our little table in the corner of the room. I laid my head onto the table and sighed.

Slightly tired, I watched as Rantaro finally made it back with the food he made. "Fooooooooood," I put my hands in the air dramatically as he placed the plates on the table and sat down across from me. "spaghetttiiiiiiiii," I couldn't help but to feel drowsy as all I'd really done in the past two hours was sitting; Goddamn that movie was a killer. "Spaghetti had always reminded me of 'The Lady and the Tramp'." I chuckled, beginning to feast on the meal Rantaro had made for me. "Why is this so good," I said dumbfounded.

"Thank you, my liege," He said dramatically and winked at me. I only rolled my eyes at him and continued eating the food.

"How did you learn to cook so well Rantaro?"

"Mmm, I guess that I used to cook breakfast for my younger sisters pretty often."

"That sounds like a bit of a hassle," but I couldn't contain my grin. "I think that being able to cook is one of the most useful skills in the world- even if a toddler can make spaghetti."

We continued eating our spaghetti in silence.

And when we had both finally finished, I stood up and grabbed his plate running to the kitchen so I could wash them. As I stood in the kitchen washing the dishes I yelled, "Rantaro, I'll meet you in your room tomorrow morning, goodnight." He nodded and left the cafeteria.

I was alone with only my thoughts, the sunset peaking through the door. Once I heard the cafeteria door close I could almost feel my brain's immediate switch as it began scrambling about Rantaro, and just who he was. How I was neither his first or last thought. How he had such a strong sense of determination that there was nearly nothing in his way of getting out of here. I began to get lost deeper in my thoughts, as my happy-go-lucky feeling quickly dissipated, as I realized it was likely that not even I could. By the time I had snapped out of it, the sunset was disappearing and a familiar voice was calling me.

"(L/N)??" I had heard his voice briefly once, but I remembered their tone, Ah it was Tenko. "(L/N), Is everything alright?! Are you okay?!"

"H-Huh?!" I turned off the water quickly and bowed in apology, "I'm so sorry Tenko!! I'm fine!"
