Me: No, no don't hang-

I close my eyes sighing.

Me: Up.

I put the payphone back into its place and hit the wall of the cell angrily.

Me: Shit!

I've been trying to contact some old friends from the cities I used to stay at. But none of them wanted to have anything to do with me and my business. I'll just give it up. Guess I'll have to take a nap under the bridge. At least I have a blanket with me.

I take a look at my display. 3.38am.

Me: The night's still young, huh?

I giggle to myself deciding to enter a bar. I have money with me so I order a drink and try to enjoy the sound of the music that's being played.

Bartender: Here you go, Ms.

He pushes the drink towards me with a wink.

Me: Thank you.

I grab it and take a sip. Watching the people around I release a sigh.

Bartender: Oh, that one sounded painful.

I turn my gaze to him.

Bartender: Heartbroken?

I chuckle shaking my head. He chuckles along.

Me: He just broke up with me. Nothing special really.

He quits wiping the counter throwing the cloth around his shoulder, then looks at me.

Bartender: He must have been pretty stupid to leave a girl like you.

I return his look smiling lightly. My cheeks are somewhat blushing.

Me: Yeah, maybe.

Neither of us won't stop staring. Our eyes seem to begin burning.

When I catch his eyes exploring my neckline, I tilt my head to the side biting my lip.

Me: What's your name?

Our gazes meet again.

Bartender: Mark.

I smirk.

Me: Minji.

Mark: What a beautiful name.

He leans forward now placing both his hands onto the counter.

Mark: My apartment is right around the corner, and I was just about to finish. Don't you wanna come with me?
