Mine

Chapter 2-He will be mine, only mine

I made my way towards him.

The only thing I could think was that he was the one, the one my mother had told me about, the one that would bring me joy. I will not let anybody take what is mine.

I stopped a few steps away from him and composed myself.

I tapped on his shoulder and he turned around.

"Harry Potter, pleased to be in the presents of someone so beautiful," I said holding out my hand.

He looked taken aback and flustered but he took my hand anyways.

"Draco Malfoy, and the pleasure is all mine,"

When our hands met I felt something. Was it perhaps joy? Or maybe longing and lust. Whatever it is I need more of it.

I brought the top of his hand up to my lips and left a soft kiss on the top of it.

"I hope to see you again soon," and with that, I was gone.

I smiled to myself. "I'll have to owl mother telling her the good news," I thought as I walked towards the boats.

I got in a boat with Weasley and Granger. I was feeling in a better mood so I put my mask on.

"What houses are you hoping for?" I asked them.

"Ravenclaw or Gryffindor," Granger said excitedly.

"Definitely Gryffindor, how about you?" He asked me.

"Slytherin," I said almost immediately.

I saw him cringe but before I could do anything the boat reached the other side of the lake.

I got out of the boat without another word to them. They don't deserve my company. Only Draco does.

I looked around before spotting him with a group of people. One of them was latched onto the arm of my Draco.

She looked surprisingly similar to Draco but I waved away that thought.

She must be the first to go.

We locked eyes and she smiled at me. Then she mouthed the sentence, "I know your secret,"

I looked at her astonished. Does she really know my secret? If so how did she find out? And is she going to tell anyone?

These questions ran through my mind as the giant named Hagrid lead us to a room.

The girl that was with Draco stayed behind to wait for me.

I walked up to her slowly.

"How?" I asked.

"Draco told me he meet a charming man named Harry Potter, I remember reading that last name somewhere before. It was in a book about famous yanderes that my father gave me. Lily Potter, your mother, was a yandere," she explained.

"You know, I was going to kill you but that was impressive. Would you perhaps like to work together?" I asked her.

"Of course, my name is Darcy Malfoy," she said.

"You're Draco's twin," I observed.

"Indeed I am. Also may I ask who your love interest is? I have an idea," she asked.

"It's your brother," I said simply.

"Perfect. All he has been talking about was the boy he met," she said rolling her eyes.

I blushed slightly.

"Okay then we had better get going,"

We both walked side by side to the place where we were supposed to be.

Right as we walked in a tall lady introduced herself as professor McGonagall.

She explained all of the houses and the traits that went along with them.

I zoned out the whole time because I already knew what house I was going to be in, Slytherin.

My parents were both Gryffindors when they started out at Hogwarts, but one year the sorting hat called both of them up and reassigned them to Slytherin.

It was the first ever house swap so they were kind of famous.

When professor McGonagall finally stopped talking she lead us to the great hall.

She started reading off names to come up.

"Malfoy, Draco," she called.

I watched him closely as he went up. The sorting hat barley sat on his head before yelling Slytherin.

The same thing happened to Darcy. Then it was my turn.

I don't think the sorting hat was on my head when it yelled Slytherin. I didn't care though I was just happy I was with my Draco.

I came over to the Slytherin table and sat next to Draco.

"Looks like we get to spend more time together," I winked at him.

"Y-yeah," he said looking away flustered.

He was quite cute when he was flustered.

The sorting hat sorted the rest of the kids then the headmaster came up and did a speech on not going into the forbidden forest and all that other stuff.

I was too busy admiring Draco to listen.

The headmaster stopped talking and the feast began.

This was going to be an amazing year I can already tell.
