Ailani held Zyairs hand as they walked outside of the airport seeing his right hand man, Tyshawn leaning against his car. "Yurrr!!!" Zyair shouted getting his attention.

"Oooh shit!!! My nigga is back!!" Ty shouted walking towards him. Ailani watched them do a handshake before giving each other a quick brother hug. "Ooh I finally get to meet the famous Ailani, wassup?"

"Hi Ty" she smiled.

"First time in New York?" He asked her.

She nodded her head, "Yeah" she answered shyly.

"It's not that bad, come on" he said walking to his car. He popped the trunk allowing them to place their bags inside.

"Go in the car, I got this" Zyair told her.

She nodded her head and hopped in the back seat pulling out her phone, texting her mom that she made it to NY. A few seconds later the boys got in the car and Ty started the engine, pulling off speeding down the freeway, heading straight to the Bronx. The whole car ride Ailani listened to Zyair and his friend talk about everything that has been going on lately.

"Yo Lani, that's the Statue of Liberty" Zyair told her. She looked up from her cellphone and looked out of the window seeing the Statue of Liberty for the first time and she started to snap a few pictures.

Forty five minutes later, they pulled up at Zyair's family house and Ailani started to get nervous. She followed Zyair out of the car and stared at the red two story home. There was a white metal gate out front that had brick stairs leading to a porch filled with chairs and plants.

"You okay?" Zyair asked her holding their bags in his arms.

"I'm a little nervous" she answered, holding out her hand for her duffle bag.

"Don't be. Come on" he smiled grabbing her hand leading her towards the porch. Walking up the stairs he opened the white metal screen door and banged on it like he was the police to get his mother started.

"Who that knocking on my fucking door like they the police?!" He heard her shout and he couldn't help but smile wide. The door busted opened. "Oooooh Zyair!!! My baby!!" She screamed giving him a big hug.

"Hey Ma" he smiled as she dragged him inside.

"I thought you was coming tomorrow. Why you lie to me?" She punched him in his arm.

"I wanted to surprise you" he laughed pulling Ailani closer to him. "Ma, this is Ailani"

"Hi" she smiled and waved.

"Ooh come give me a hug I finally get to meet my daughter in law"

"Yo ma why you screaming for? Oooh shit!!!" Ezra shouted running down the stairs the minute he saw his older brother. "Yoo Sy!! Zy's here!!" He called out to their youngest brother, Symere.

"Ooh Ailani you going to love it here" Anita, Zyairs mother, smiled grabbing her hand pulling her away from her son as they all hugged and gave each other a dap.
