"Go long" I yelled as I arched my back to throw the ball.

Playing football with the boys always made me feel at ease and happier.
Also, it helped manage our stress about the upcoming full moon.

It was a stressful time, especially for us turned werewolves.

Mason one of the Alpha's Betas that I'm currently assigned to help me with my transformation threw the ball so hard on the ground it bounced out of the court into a window.

"TOUCH DOWN!!!" He growled.

"Mason you douche" My roommate Sal yelled flipping Mason off.

He sized the both of us with his golden glowing eyes before they returned to Hazel, Many things about Mason Rodrigo the son of the Alpha's Beta intrigued me.

So much so that I began to see him as a competition.

And he is a natural-born wolf.

Which makes him three times stronger than I and even Sal who's fearlessly flipping him off.

One of the many perks of being a natural-born wolf was that you could control your shift on the full moon, Mason relishes the fact that he gets to chain us up and shove wolfsbane down our throats.

This full moon would make it the third full moon I have even assigned to Mason and the strong feeling that the Alpha at this point was balloting these picks came trolling back to me.

I shuddered.

"Hey, I'm spent I'll be going to the room" I tapped Sal before walking off past the rest of the players, Mason pulled me back suddenly.

"I'm assigned to you again," He said making me shrug.

"Yeah I was told earlier"

"I'm headed to the pub for a drink so...? you coming? Or until I return?"He asked taking his helmet off and his shoulder pad.

"I'll just wait, we have like six hours until," I said brushing past him, it must be the full moon because granted that's when I see him the most but he always seemed so d*ckish to me.

The pack/school had inbuilt basements we were assigned to, basement 12. My place of wolfing out today.

Sal that lucky bastard got Isabella.
One of the cutest born Wolf you'd ever come across, every Wolf and I mean every Wolf anticipating who her mate would be.

Bella was kind.

Kinder than Mason by far, people who she chained up always say how supportive she was, the words of affirmations she tells them, and how they'd get through it.

Mason once told me 'Is that you crying?' Before he scoffed and shoved the wolfsbane that stung like a b*tch.

"Hey Sal how about a trade?"I asked him and he looked over from his phone to my bed. "With whom?"

"Mason," I said which for some reason made him break into an uncontrollable laugh "You got him again?"

"Yeah," I rolled my eyes.

"That's unlucky bro but no way I'm giving up Bella for Mason gross" He waved me off.

"At least rub some of that good luck on me" I begged jumping into his bed and grabbing his arms and legs.

"Get off you freak!"He laughed, shrieking and kicking me off.

"You can't let me keep suffering bad luck like this" I fake cried as we fake wrestled each other, then the door flew open.

We froze and stared over at Mason at the door sizing us up.
"You.." he pointed at me "...you're coming with me"

"Huh?!"Was the only thing I could mutter before I found myself on the ground that Sal very roughly flung me to.
