listening to y/n and veronica's conversation, i couldn't help but to think, does y/n really want to get married?

i laid there in bed, listening to their conversation which is full of giggles as y/n went on and painted her mirror

as y/n was painting, veronica was bedside her, helping her like she knew what she will ask for

for example, removing parts of the painted areas because there are some mistakes to her painting even when she didn't read y/n mind

how i will know that is because i can feel it if someone looks into my mate's mind

they look so happy together which could only mean one thing

they are getting well together

i'm glad they are comfortable with one another

at first, i was worried that y/n will not be able to get well with them because they both are two different people, one is a human and the other is a vampire

i like how the interaction is between them but i'm afraid of the attack from lucas

i know he is planning something, but i just can't tell what it is and i feel that it will greatly impact me

i exclaimed but to only hear giggles from veronica and she was shut up by y/n

❝ you vampires don't sleep. only us humans do sleep. ❞

y/n then signalled veroncia to go out and she did and then turned to me

❝ are you going to keep ignoring me and not wanting to share with me any problems that is troubling you? ❞

y/n asked and yet i ignored her and my heart hurt from ignoring my mate

❝ fine. if you're going to be this stubborn and not wanting to tell me that that's your lost. i will not try and pry it out of you, i want you to tell me by yourself. i don't know what will happen so don't try and make it seem like i know everything. ❞

y/n said furiously and i have no chance to fight back because y/n's right, i can't do much like hiding it from her because it will only affect me and our bond

❝ fine. i will tell you but you cannot make fun of me or say anything until i'm done. alright? ❞

she nodded her head and sat on the bed and i sat up to tell her

from there, i told her everything that happened, even letting her know that i have been secretly stalking her and following her so that my heart will be content and i will not die

i told her everything, from A-Z and i'm surprised that she did not give me any reaction but only listened to me say and when i'm done, she looked up at me and hugged me

❝ i'm sorry. i didn't know that you went through that much because of me. you are alright right? ❞

y/n asked me and i nodded my head, telling her that i'm alright

❝ as long as you are right beside me, i'm alright with that. you are my sense of comfort. i love you, a lot. don't forget that alright? i'm so thankful that you are my mate. you never judged me or did you do anything that will hurt me. you are literally an angel. i thought that you will judge me because i stalked you and i thought that i will lose you forever. ❞

i told her and she patted my back as i was crying by now

❝ sh, sh, sh. i won't judge you or do anything to you because you have already told me about it before, remember? i will never do anything to you because of that and you know it. i trust you now so you don't have to worry alright? what we are supposed to be worried about is that, how are we going to defeat lucas and we have to find a way to destroy him before he could do any harm to the villagers and to us. even the guards and the maidens are important. do you have any solution in mind? ❞

i asked hoseok and he looked up to look at me before looking back down at his lap, his cheeks are somehow a shade of pink
