It was unentintional. I was having an episode. I don't know what you'd call it but today was another of those feeling so helpless and sad for no reason as I laid in this bed staring at the wall. This place was Beautiful. I had family and new in laws at my beck and call yet I laid here sad wallowing in my own sadness and for what
"Can I come in"Sebastien spoke from the other side of the door as I wiped the tiny tear from my eyes and quickly sat up smiling
"Sure."I replied as to which to door swung open and he sat on the bed laying back
"I was thinking. We should get to know each other better as friends"he says as I my lips press together inhaling a deep breathe as I allowed the tension to build as he looked at me with fear scared of my reply I was smiling my ass off
Well inside
"No."I answered as his eyes widened
"What? Why"
"I'm just messing with you. How could I not be friends with my husband"I say smiling before getting out the bed and walking to the bathroom before giving him a quick glance and closing the door dropping my smile and sitting on the counter. And staring in the mirror This was going to be a long freaking day.
After about an hour I finally had the courage to get up do my hygiene routine before putting on my sweatpants and black cop top with a white short fur coat
Making my way down the stairs I noticed the freshly cooked food. And this time it looked edible
"Mrs. Moretti I used the cookbook you had laying out on the counter and from now on I'll cook recipes from there"Mara said as I softened my eyes before hugging her and placing a soft kiss on her cheek
"Your an angel. I owe you Ms. hill"I smile as she pats my back before scurrying off as I look in the direction of sebastein and Lucien as they quickly averted their eyes from me and looked towards each other speaking in a foreign language shaking my head I grab my phone and began to text my sister
'Shopping? This house is dull as a mf'i texted looking from my phone and to my plate as I fixed my food until she texted back 'tomorrow at 3 I got a dick appointment' shaking my head I carry my food and sit next to sebastein as he closes his files and opens his laptop
"Hey"he says in a cool tone but in more of a whisper as Lucien gets up and walks into the living room
"Hey. What are you doing?"I ask as he freezes before looking at me, "shipment for my company"he replies before typing as the keys clacked together I watched as his hands moves swiftly while the veins popped out of his hands yet moving so fast I could barely make out what he was typing
"What are your plans for today" he asks out of the blue as I take a deep inhale
If I could I'd wallow in my own bed feeling like shit. But I couldn't say that. Too much at once, I wouldn't dare.
So instead I spoke "I don't really know. My sister dumped me for her on and off ex"I told him as he nodded his head slowly
"Well, we can hang out today. What are your hobbies"he says a statement tone but giving off question vibes as if he were waiting on my answers and the anticipation consumed him and I both. Of course the answer would be yea, I wanted to get to know him and have a relationship with him but at the same time....was I ready to be so vulnerable
"I used to ice skate"I say without thinking and to my demise out of all the questioned he asked the one I were dreading the most
"Really? Why'd you stop"he asks now looking me in my eyes as I saw my reflection in his glasses
"There was an accident."I told him and with that I stood up. It's not like I could say hey, I sliced my ankle a little bit and from that day on I used it as a coping mechanism to being a slave in my own overbearing mind-
"Maybe. Or maybe you sucked at it"he said cockily as I scoffed
"If I didn't know any better I'd say you were questioning my skills"I reply with smart tone and sharpening eyes as he shrugs
"I'd have to see it to belive it"he tells me slightly smiling as I pressed my lips together sucking my teeth before nodding my head
"Ok fine. Today at 6 I'll see you in an ice rink"I say with confidence as he bows before me walking past me into his office as I shrug my shoulders heading to my room
"Fuck Luke"I heard Angela say as my cheeks felt hot and my head began to swell
I mean I knew Luke and Angela had to be something but I didn't if that makes any sense trying to shake off the sounds I continue to walk To my room before hearing sebastiens voice come up the stairs thinking quick I run up to him yanking his arm and taking him down
"On second thought let's just go now"I say as his eyebrows Furrows and he looks at me clenching his jaw
"What are you trying to do Gianna"he questions me in a monetone voice as I blink my eyes rapidly before speaking
"I just really wanna skate and I'm hungry"I state as he laughs and I look at him in confusion
"You just ate. I'm not buying that shit. But because I like to see you squirm maybe I'll come for now but trust me when I say I will find out. I always find out what happens behind closed doors"he winks before grabbing keys off the counter and opening the door for me as I walk out
"Ooohkay Fox News. Pack it up with the fan behavior love"I laugh awkwardly hopping in his car as we began to drive
