The unexpected truth about Levi

ERENS POV
"Um, hi?"
Levi's head shot up at, what I can only assume, my voice.
"Da- Ewen? Ewen!" He says first tentatively, then excitedly. 'What on earth is going on. Why is he talking like that. Ok Eren don't panic or loos it, just... go with it'
"Yes it's me Levi. It's Eren!" I reply trying to match his excitement. "Here Eren" hange says "I'll just leave you to it, toodaloo"
"W-wait, HANGEEE!" I try to shout after them but I can here their cackling getting further away.
Thats when I notice levi who was once more on the floor, seeming to shrink Into the wall. 'Oh great job Eren. Your so fucking useless, and scared him!'
" hey, hey levi. It's me, Eren. It's ok, your safe, I'm sorry for shouting. Please come out?" He once more unravels himself and comes to a standing position, even if it might but a bit unsteady and lopsided.
"Good boy, who's a good boy?" (A.N- Sounds like when you talk to a dog😂🤦‍♂️)
"Me?!? Me!?!" He sounds so enthusiastic
"Yes that's right" I coo, congratulating him on his bravery.

I don't know why he is like this but I have an erg to make him happy. And usually my temper makes me bad with kids but this just seems to come so... so naturally?

"Eren?" "What are you doing?" He asks puzzled. I realise I had zoned out.
"Oh I'm sorry little one. Did you want something buddy?"
"Mmmmh, stuffy?" He asks in a quiet yet hopeful voice.
'Stuffy' I think to myself 'does he mean stuffed animal? Must do' looking around I can't locate a friend for him until I look down at my own hands, 'there's one litterely in your hands, idiot.'
Trying to sound kind and not let my anger slip into my voice "here you go, is this what you wanted?"
He hummed in response and nodded his head vigorously.
"Here you go" I say smiling and handing him the toy but as I reach out he flinches, I must of scared him again. I trying to look as kind and gentle as possible I hand it to him, slower this time. He tenderly took and and gradually a bright smile spread across his face.

AN- sorry these are so bad at the moment, I'm trying but am really struggling with things in my personal life witch is making it difficult to write. I'm gonna try and get good, or at least decent content.
