Someone who identifies as genderqueer does not feel like they have a set gender. Some days they may feel masculine, other days feminine. They pick a gender for the day and change as they feel is needed. Like non-binary, genderqueer is slowly becoming more accepted.
Note: Remember, you can not add sex to gender, if someone identifies as genderqueer, they're genderqueer. End of story.
