In a sentence: (Please note, I am doing other pronouns on this page.) Ze fed zir cat tuna today. Zirs cat now smells like tuna.
Someone who identifies as genderfluid does not feel like they have a set gender, similarly to genderqueer. Unlike genderqueer, who pick a gender for a timeframe and adjust, genderfluid people don't give themself a set gender, instead they "float" between either ends of the gender binary throughout the day.
Note: Remember, you can not add sex to gender, if someone identifies as genderfluid, they're genderfluid. End of story.
