| Chapter 30 • Destiny's Child |

~ 2 months later ~

Did this really just happen? Yesterday we dropped our debut album Destiny's Child and we got a really good response. Tonight we're throwing a release party and man was I excited. Onyx has been walking, she just can't wear heels yet. She walks slower than normal but she's recovering fast.

Michael was working on Thriller, he declared that he wanted to wait before he wanted to drop another singles album and agreed to let Motown release some of his never before heard songs. He's been working on these short films for Thriller too, especially Thriller. He's wanting this creepy vibe for the video and I'm so excited and happy for him.

We're both directing the film, I'm not gonna play the role of the girl because I didn't want to, not ready for that yet lol. I trust Michael, he's learned his lesson.

Right now I was getting dressed for the party when someone starts kissing on my neck, "Michael, move." I giggled, "You look hot." He states, rubbing my belly softly

Its become a habit of his, I have no problem with it. "Thank you, are you dressed and ready?" I ask, turning to face him. He looked damn good.

I was wearing a white top with a red skirt and some clear heels with my hair in a bun, Michael was wearing a black shirt with buttons around it with some blue heans. I giggled softly and pecked his lips, "Lets go." He smiles

~ At The Partyyy ~

Everyone was here, Michael's family, my grandma and my brother, Onyx's family, Toke's fam, and Ciara's fam. We decided that because Ciara isn't really known, we'd let her talk first then Onyx, Token, and lastly me. Our lable of course started off then Ciara.

She smiles before waving and giggling, of course Ony's ass pinched us. "Firstly I'd like to thank everyone for streaming our new album! I am blessed to be apart of such an amazing group! I can speak for the girls when I say dropping this album felt like I just birthed a baby." Ciara smiles but earns hisses from the crowd, I felt my blood b o i l

"Is that bitch serious?" Token mumbles, looking over at Michael, I clench my jaw seeing his eyes widen at what Ciara said, "Again, I'd like to thank you all!" She finishes off before passing the mic to Onyx who sorta snatched it before smiling

"Hola! As Ciara said, we'd all like to thank you for streaming and loving our album! This was our debut and we wanted so hard to make sure you guys loved it, I am proud to be in a group with these two ladies, they've been my bestfriends since what middle school? Thank you guys so much again! Los queremos a todos!" Onyx says before passing Token

"There isn't much for me to say that hasn't already been said, we really thank everyone who streamed our album. We love you guys so much and we thank you for everything! Much love to you all." Toke says before blowing a kiss and passing me the mic

I let a shakey breath out before smiling, "Man, I hope we don't sound too repetitive but everything we're saying is genuine. I am so blessed- we are so blessed to be apart of such a group. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you all, our management and label. Buggs, thank you all. We love you with every fiber in our bodies." I blow a kiss before smiling and hugging my girls as everyone claps

After taking some pictures, we walk off stage and kinda part ways, of course I met up with Michael. He was in a corner with some people chatting but someone took a picture of us right as I looked over at them. I didn't know but Michael was already smiling, grinning softly I cuddled into his chest and smiled up at him

"You look tired, Butterfly." He says, pecking my forehead, "Just a bit." I replied, sipping my hawaiian punch.

The rest of the night was kinda a blur, very adventurous, very fun. Michael got wasted, I got wasted, Onyx got wasted, Ciara got wasted and then there was Token who drove Michael, On, and I home. It was a beautiful night.
