Nobody was necessarily destined for evil.

In young Albus Dumbledore's eyes, evil was but a label for a past of mistreatment and a future of poor decisions. But when he set his gaze on Tom Marvolo Riddle, he could've sworn something sinister lurked behind his ice blue eyes. It shifted into a darkness he had never encountered before.

Dumbledore was rightfully cautious when approaching another girl from Wool's Orphanage. He swore to himself he wouldn't make the same mistake twice, but he later found out he needn't be worried at all. Unfortunately, he took a long time to realize this. Longer than he would care to admit.

Lucille was brought to Wool's Orphanage with no last name, and that wasn't even the strangest part about her. She seemed to know things that nobody had told her, and she'd send a grown wizard fleeing in the opposite direction with an arch of her eyebrow. There was a similar power beyond her eyes, and it took a long time for people to understand whether it was light or dark.

Her tale was one no other's could compare to. Not even the bravest of Gryffindors would hope to venture down the path of a twisted, little, huffily puffily girl.

Maeve, was a quite unique girl. Whoever witnessed her smile or laugh was instantly intoxicated by her presence, and thats what happened to a particular twin who's eyes had been roaming the Great Hall when he laid his sight on a particular Hufflepuff. She grew up learning from a young age that she was a witch. Her parents surrounded her with magic and Magical Creatures. Her grandfather left her dad his studies and animals. Her first pet was a Puffskein, not your average household pet for most, but for her it was just perfect. Except when it stuck its tongue up her nose when she was napping. But none the less, she grew up happy and surrounded with love and magic. She knows that her last name is kind of out there, people stop her parents all the time saying that they respected her grandfather and his findings. She's read his book a bunch of times, but she didn't understand why he was so popular. He was just her nutty gramps who loved the magical beast. But I guess, because he showed the world the amazing finds we have in our world living with us, she could admit he was pretty cool. She just hoped that she could change the Wizarding World with just as much love for the history of her world and who was in it. *chapters that are revised are only labeled the number, non-revised chapters still have chapter in front of the number** Besides Maeve, all characters and the basic story line belong to JK Rowling started Sept.. 27 2020 - finished Oct. 27, 2020 editing- March 2021
When We Were Young by LANALLAMA05

The adults of Wool's Orphanage were completely wrapped around Harrison Peverell's fingers. They cherished him, dotted on him, gave him extra of everything, even when the Orphanage already had so little. What they didn't know was that Harrison Peverell wasn't just a boy. He was a boy that got memories of his past life, everyday, through his dreams. Harrison Peverell was the Master of Death, only, he doesn't know until the day he remembers that he is, which is about 17 years into his second life. Death is patient with almost everything, but he desperately wants to meet his Master, face to face. So, turn that 17 years into 5 years. ¤¤¤¤¤ Tom Riddle, two years older than Harrison Peverell, was hated and feared at Wool's Orphanage. The only person that didn't hate or fear him was Harrison, who insisted on being called Harry. Tom didn't know what drew him to Harry, he didn't know why he was so fascinated by the way his jewel like eyes shined with a sharp cunning that no 5-year-old should have, so he avoided Harrison. He did this for a year, but Harry refused to be ignored. At age six, Harrison Peverell got the future Dark Lord wrapped tightly around his finger with a simple sentence. "If you are what is considered to be a freak, than I would rather be with you than be normal and accepted." ¤¤¤¤¤ This is a Tomarry Fanfic. It features boyxboy. Don't like, Don't read. Rose Weasley has always been the top of her class. She got it from her mum, the pure determination to soak in all the information that she learned because to her, there was nothing more interesting. But at the start of her sixth year, she is already feeling stumped, and not because of the higher-level N.E.W.T classes that she is taking. No, this is because of a Malfoy. Her parents were never too thrilled that she was friends with the kid, but it didn't stop Rose, especially not when she couldn't even see her best friend/cousin without also seeing him. Along with Rose, Scorpius was also one of the top students in the class. He was her only real competition. And the friendly competition never hurt anyone, well, not until this year. Rose can't put her finger on what it is exactly, that has caused this shift in her friendship with Scorpius and she hates it. She hates not knowing the answers to things, and this one replayed in her head all the time. She's stumped trying to figure it out, of course not realizing that it's her cluelessness that's the real problem. This story is filled with all the different types of love, family, friends, and yes, some romance. Follow Rose on her coming of age journey through her last two years at Hogwarts, where she learns all that she possibly can about magic, and possibly more importantly, about life. ***Note: This story was written before the Cursed Child, so not everything is completely "cannon" but more of my ideas on the next generation before the Cursed Child even came out. Thanks for reading!***
