Chapter 27: Preparation

Third Person POV 

Ozpin: Hmm. Looks like he is doing well. 
He thought to himself as he looked at Y/N's profile, seeing his grades. 

Ozpin: He is performing well in Port's class and he is passing Ooblecks with a B. 
He said to himself as he looked at  a camera footage where Weiss was strolling him through the courtyard. 

Ozpin: Seems like he is doing well.
He thought before seeing the door open. 

???: You've called professor? 

Ozpin: Team RWBY. How are you all doing? 
He asked them as he sat there. 

RWBY: We're doing well. 
They said as they looked at him. 

Yang: So what did you call us for? 
She asked as she looked at Ozpin. 

Ozpin: I was wondering if Mr L/N is stable enough to have surgical implant. 
He said as the girls looked at each other. 

Weiss: What will happen once he is ready? 
She asked him. 

Ozpin: Ironwood's scientists would be performing the surgical implant. 

Blake: He's almost ready. 
She said as Ozin looked at her. 

Ozpin: That is great to hear. 
He said with a small smile. 

Ruby: And what if anything goes wrong? 
She asked with concern. 

Ozpin: Then he'll stay paralyzed till the end. 

To Y/N 

???: Wakey wakey. 
He heard a voice as he slowly got up. 

Y/N: What time is it Asuka? 
He asked tiredly. 

Asuka: 9:30. 
She said as she opened his blinds, letting light into the room. 

Y/N: Damn it. Why do you have to wake me up. 
He groans as he slowly got up. 

Asuka: Just be quiet and eat. 
She said as she sat by him with a spoon in front of him. 

Y/N: I can eat myself. 
He said as he looked at her. 

Asuka: Eat or I'll shove it down your throat. 
She said as she looked at him.

Y/N: O-Okay. 
He said as Asuka fed him. 

Asuka: Good boy. 
She said as he pouts at her. 

Y/N: I'm not a little kid. 
He said as he eats his food. 

Asuka: But you'll always be my little brother. 
She said as she fed him. 

Asuka continued to feed him as Y/N ate his food before seeing her put the plate on the table. 

Asuka: You seem to be doing better. 
She said as she looked at him. 

Y/N: Yeah...Thanks to the girls. 
He said before seeing Asuka smile. 

Y/N: That is the first time I've seen you smile. 
He said to her. 

Asuka: I'll take that as a complement. 
She said before seeing the door open, revealing Velvet. 

Velvet: Y-Y/N? I-I brought y-your homework. 
She said as she looked at him. 

Y/N: Oh okay thank you Velvet. You can put it on the table there. 
He said as Velvet placed it on the table. 

Velvet: H-H-how are you doing?
She asked as she twiddled with her fingers. 

Y/N: I'm doing great. How about you? 
He asked her. 

Velvet: I-I-I'm doing fine. 
She said with a blush. 

Y/N: Are you doing okay? 
He asked her. 

Velvet: Y-Y-Yeah. 

Y/N: Are you sure? 

Velvet: Y/N? 

Y/N: What is it? 

Velvet: D-D-Do you want to go grab lunch later?
