Evelyn's POV

Right now, I was crying my eyes out on dad while he was trying to shut me up. I can't believe my parents came back after almost after seven years without any guilt or regret.

"Evie..." Dad looked at me with guilt lingering in his eyes. I looked at him and then back at the two people in front of me.

"Evelyn, my baby." Father came forward to hug but I moved back in time. There was a frown on his face but no amount of sorrow or regret.

"Come to your mummy, Evelyn." Mother called me but I didn't. She then sighed in frustration. "Looks like Andrew has turned you in a bitch. You whore! You never listened to me ever."

Her words, cut right through me.

"Watch yourself, Linda." Dad warned her. She just rolled her eyes. "Evie, go to your room."

I nodded and tried to leave but was stopped my mother again.

"No, she won't leave. Whatever we will talk, it will be right in front of her." She said. Dad sighed and motioned me to sit on the couch.

"Coming straight to the point, you're coming to London with us." Father said with a monotonous tone. I looked at dad, he looked helpless too.

"I'm not." I said.

"Yes you're. You're still our daughter legally and you'll do as we say." Mother said.

"No, I'm not. Uncle Andrew is my father now." I glared at her.

"He's not. He might have been taken care of you, but we never sighed the papers. Now, you're coming with us."

"Please, Evie. Don't cry." Dad said, wiping my tears for a hundredth time.

"I don't wanna go, dad." I cried again. He took me to my room and left saying he'll make us some food.

As the door closed, my phone rang.

It was Blake.

I didn't think of picking it up. A few minutes later, it rang again and this time I picked it up.

"Hi." He beamed. I sniffed and cleared my throat.

"Hey." It sounded a little croaked.

"W- are you crying? What happened?" He asked worriedly.

"N- nothing." I said.

"Has anyone told you how much of a bad liar you are? No. Anyways, I'm on my way to come over, hmm? Wait for me." With that he hung up.

A few minutes later, there was a knock on my balcony door. I opened it and Blake jumped in.

"I came here as soon as I could and I'm sorry if I'm late. Now, what happened?" He asked. I shook my head. His eyes softened as he looked at me and he then pulled me in a hug.

I hugged him back and sobbed in his chest. He just rubbed my back soothing. I felt him carrying me and the next moment, I was on his lap while he was on the bed.

"This is the first time I am seeing you cry and trust me, it hurts." He whispered in my ear. I then felt him kissing my temple. "I think you should go to sleep. Go to sleep, Evelyn."

Andrew's POV

Sighing, I walked up to Evie's room with a plate in my hand. The door was slight open so I peeked in to see if she's already asleep and she was sleeping..

But,

On a guy's lap.

None other than, Blake Maxwell.

I knew there was something in his mind since the party night.

The first thing that I felt was anger. But then when I saw Evelyn holding on to his shirt while sleeping, it calmed me down.

Where did he come from though?

On cue, he got up, adjusting pillows under Evie's head and picked up a pen and paper from the table, writing something. He then placed the paper on the nightstand and walked to the balcony. He opened the door and jumped out.

Looks like I'll have to add grill there.

Evelyn's POV

I woke up with a slight groan and looked around. Blake wasn't there, instead was a note on the nightstand.

I picked it up and read it.

I'm going home for this time but next time, I won't.
I'll see you tomorrow

Love,
BM.

I smiled and put the note in my backpack. I got freshened up and came downstairs for dinner. Dad was still making the food.

"I see you're awake. How did you sleep?" He asked. I smiled.

"Good."

"Okay, come on now."

We had dinner and watched TV for a while. We then went to bed.

The next few days were quite boring as Amy and Blake had their practices and Luke would just be there for Amy. I was alone.

Rebecca would come and throw a disgusted look in my way and I would just roll eyes.

Blake and I would make out in our free period and sometimes in library. Once we even got caught but the librarian smiled, shaking her head and said nothing.

And that's what exactly we are doing right now.

He smashed his lips on mine again and I let out a quiet moan. He picked me up and pinned me to the nearby wall. He broke the kiss and moved to my neck.

"You know," he breathed. "As much as I would like to continue this, I would really like to know what happened three days ago and since you have been avoiding the subject, I guess it's pretty serious." He put me down and moved back completely.

I sighed.

"You really wanna know?" I asked. His eyes softened.

"Yeah. You don't tell me stuff, I feel like you don't trust me." He whispered. I sat on his lap, locking my legs around his torso as he supported my ass.

"My biological parents are back." I said. He raised an eyebrow.

"And?"

"They want me to move with them to London." His grip tightened on me and he buried his face in my neck.

"I'm not letting you go." He muttered. "But wait, isn't your guardian your uncle now?"

"No. They hadn't sighed the papers legally." I tell him.

"Well, then, aren't you 18 year old? Which makes an adult and you can take your own decisions or live alone till the time your parents go back and then you can move in with your uncle again?" He suggested. I shook my head.

"I can't. I haven't even completed my education and I need someone to pay my bills and stuff." He sighed too and moved back, looking me in the eye.

"Okay then. Why don't we forget these things and enjoy our three days at the matches? Then when we come back, we will think about it." He kissed my tip of nose. I giggled and nodded.
