The Peculiar Case Of A Novel's Villain (Paused)

Chapter 25 - Felix Oswin/Abigor

Allen stood there in front of the bar, wearing commoner clothes as a disguise. He couldn't help but feel nervous because he's about to enter the place where the enemy works. Az, Alicia, Ryan, and Allen were so busy doing their roles which led them from not attending the ball. Their grades were deducted, except for Alicia-after all, she isn't a student nor is she even a character.

'This is so tiring. I had to stay invisible more often because your two-faced bastard of a friend joined the group.' Alicia groaned, telling Allen telepathically. 'I'm even using mind link more than before. You have no idea how exhausting this is.'

Allen just ignored her and continued to stare at the bar. Right now, he's quite thankful that Az and Alicia decided to use mind link this time. It's really weird talking to Alicia in public because she's invisible, this ability saves them the convenience of being viewed as crazy by other people. Now Allen and Az are able to communicate with Alicia in public without restrictions. Az used this ability once when he wasn't yet a character. Allen thought that Az was the only one who could do that, so he didn't bother asking him because his powers are now weakened.

When Allen found out that Alicia could do it too, he asked her to use the ability. Now Allen couldn't help but about how they should have done this before. If only Alicia said sooner that she could also use mind link, Allen and Az wouldn't have to experience getting weird looks from other people.

'Are you just going to stand there like a pussy or enter there like a man you are.' Alicia scoffed in the mind link.

'Shut up. The man who brainwashed me into a villain is now working there. Don't expect me to be chill about this.' Allen snapped in the mind link. Behind him, he felt Alicia roll her eyes. 'Seriously, why does one of Xavier's associates had to use this place as a meet up for their clients!?'

'Well, isn't it good? Who knows if Abigor is one of those clients? We could find something that we could use against him.' Alicia says, her eyes start to light up at the idea.

Allen shifts his attention to the door, he took a deep breath before going inside the bar. As he set his foot inside, what he saw exceeded his expectations. He imagined the people here would be scary, but it seems he was wrong, they're even scarier. When he walked on his way to the counter, he could feel the intimidating stares coming from others. As he looks for a chair to sit on, what he saw made him frozen.

Allen resists the urge to gulp as he saw the person in front of him. That black hair, those white strands on his bangs, those familiar violet eyes that could bring him nightmares, the person is no other than Abigor. Allen expected him to be here, but seeing his presence is quite terrifying. Right now, Abigor is a bartender with an alias named Felix Oswin.

"Are you going to order or not?" Felix says rudely, looking at Allen with a frown.

Allen looked at him directly, trying to pretend to not know what Abigor is. He gave out a fake frown, trying to look offended at the person's response. "Yes, I am. I want to order an ice tea." he tells him, putting on a neutral expression. Right now, he should treat Abigor as Felix, a bartender who's just doing his job.

Felix holds back a sneer, then he gets Allen an ice tea. Allen had to tell Alicia in the mind link to check if the bartender didn't poison it. Once Alicia confirmed that the drink is safe, Allen finally took a sip.

'Dick Pusher is already here. Get ready.' Alicia telepathically reminded Allen.

'Noted.' Allen replied in the mind link.

Az, Ryan, and Allen are now monitoring the routes, schedules, and actions of Xavier's friends. Assuming that it is only the three of them who'll observe the suspects. Currently, Az is stalking Precious Condom and Ryan is stalking Johnson Boner, Allen volunteered to follow Dick Pusher and Allison Titty Balls because Alicia is there to assist him. Ryan doesn't know that though, so he would think that it's only Allen who's following two people.
