Janus POV
Remus had been staying with my father and I since the deal we made and it hasn't been all that bad.
He has good plans, crazy fun ideas and he's good company. How could those assholes ignore such a fun character?
"What's blowing up your hole, J-anus?" I take back what I said about him being good company.
"How many times have I asked you to stop calling me that?"
"Around 76 that I remember."
Wow. Okay. Odd to remember.
"Suprised your small braincells can count that high. I'm impressed." I say with a smirk on my face.
"Oh shut up. Stupid danger noodle..." He says as he shoves his elbow into my side, playfully.
"Anywaysss, your dad wanted me to tell you about that new plan we have. I'm uninvolved so I think it's perfect."
"Well don't just stand around, nutcase, tell me!"
I heard the Plan and honestly? It's perfect. This is what we need to destroy those motherfuckers.
"Remus?" I heard my dad calling him.
"Yeah? What's up?" Remus shouts back.
My dad approaches us.
"Well, seeing as we now have a plan thanks to your brilliant mind, we don't need you anymore."
"I never had anything to do with this alright?"
"Sure. Now can you do me one more favour before you go?"
I know what he's doing.
"Sure?"
"Say hello to your parents for me."
"But my parents are de-" The crackling sound of a gunshot cut him off and after that, silence, and blood filled the tense air.
"What the fuck, dad!?"
"He was no longer useful. Now, help me plant this son of a bitch back in his house."
"Wh-a-at?" My voice cracks. Remus wasn't bad. Nor did he deserve this.
"Do you want to end up like him? No? Then do as you're fucking told."
"Rig-ght."
Romans POV
I haven't heard from Re in a while and honestly, I'm afraid.
Did he do something so stupid that it out him in hospital? No, I would've gotten a call.
What if he broke his phone? No. He would've just showed up in person.
Okay. No. In not going to worry or overthink anything. That's Virgil job.
I slump down onto the sofa in Pattons apartment and just sigh, placing my head in my hands.
"What's wrong?" Patton says as he sits down next to me.
"Don't worry Patton cakes. It'll all be fine, I'm sure of it."
I put a smile on my face, ya know, like a great future actor.
Speaking of, I dropped out of school. I could easily retake classes. There's just too much going on right now. Plus, you don't really need to graduate to become a broadway star.
"Well you don't seem okay. What's on your mind Ro?"
"I'm just worried about Remus." Just as I said that, I got a call from Virgil.
