Thanks for reading and giving this little story a chance. I got the idea for "Bad By Myself" when I wondered about some of the 90s female groups and things they went through. Most ultimately breaking up before going off solo.
Then I realized I had a character from another story I could use instead of creating a new main character. I picked Ginger Hollands from "Err'thang About Ya" because she was fun and sassy. Then something even special happened. I could make Ginger and Craig a romantic item and finally write about him.
"Err'thang About Ya" was written about fifteen years ago, I just recently updated and rewrote it. It's the first of a seven-part series based on the Kelly sisters and none included Craig. "Bad By Myself" was a chance to write that last year or so of Craig's life. Hard to write someone you know will die young and had a whole future ahead of him.
