Quirk Information:
This quirk enables the user to make certain weapons that are sort of like whips (i.e. maces, flails, etc. or something sort of like Katara's water whip from A:TLA) or forms of transportation (ropes) on command out of surrounding shadows.

Quirk Side Effects:
Unfortunately with this quirk, there has to be shadows in order to create the weapons. The user can also get tired because while you can use the shadows to move around, some physical strength/dexterity is required. (A/N: dexterity is essentially how flexible and nimble someone is physically.)
