This quirk allows the user to sense things they otherwise wouldn't (like spidey-senses), and slightly tap into a "psychic field" which is basically where subconscious minds lay. The user can manipulate a person's subconscious. However, when they're in the psychic field, their body itself is very vulnerable, it's sort of like a deep sleep.
