This quirk allows the user to communicate telepathically with others at any volume. This means that they can literally deafen someone using their brain. The user expels some energy mentally to communicate but, the more they use this quirk, the less energy they use up each use.

The user could pass out and/or hear a faint or loud buzzing noise as a result of overuse. They could possibly go deaf if they use it too long/much.
