Puppeteer is a quirk that enables the user to control living or dead individuals. It controls the majority of the physical body with the willpower and control of the user. The user has to be able to visualize and also touch, speak to, or hear the target to control them. Depending on how much the user has practiced using this quirk, they can also force the individual to speak or not speak.

Quirk Side Effects:
This is a quirk that if you hadn't had experience using, you'd have to do some hand motions to use it. If you overuse this quirk, you will become extremely tired mentally and sometimes physically. If you are not used to making someone talk or not talk, your voice might get sore. Same thing with movement. For example, if you made someone do jumping jacks, your arms and legs might be sore the next day.
