Quirk Information:
4D enables the user to see four dimensionally for as long as they can concentrate. They can also extend this power to somebody they choose however, they have to be able to see the person and they can't be more than 5 yards away.

Quirk Side Effects:
If this quirk is used for a super long time (say 15-20 minutes), the user can be partially blinded for as long as they used this quirk. If this quirk is overused, the user, depending on how much they overused this quirk, can go blind permanently.
