This quirk allows the user to manipulate other people's vision and make them hallucinate. The hallucinations can range from something minor, like cockroaches, or big, like a massive amount of destruction. The hallucinations are more believable and vibrant based on their energy, mental strength, and willpower. If they get too drained a long rest should do the trick, hence the "Charge" in the name (A/N: kudos if you get that reference).

Quirk Side Effects:
If overused, this quirk can lead to hallucinations the user themselves experience. Their hallucinations are either scary (like their fears) or pleasant (like hallucinating that they're with a lost loved one) and sometimes, a mixture of both.
