Your best friend Kuroo started to catch feelings for you but kept it to himself for a while. He finally mustered up the courage to tell you when you decided to come over for a study session at his house. You're both studying in his room, you on his bed and him at his desk.
Every now and then he'd turn around to make sure you're studying and not slacking off on your phone but he'd also turn around for the sake of admiring how cute you looked when you focused on your work. Kuroo couldn't keep his eyes off you for more than a few minutes.
You let out a big sigh and flop over on your back, "Tetsuro I can't do this anymore. I'm just going to fail at this point".
Kuroo turns from his spiny chair and pushes it to his bed, leaning over to see what question you were stuck on. He laughs to himself and leans his elbows on the bed, grabbing your pencil and pointing out your mistake.
"You forgot to do this step in the equation. Make sure you triple check your answers Y/N!." he says, shaking his head.
You grab the pencil out of his hands to fix the mistake,
"Ugh what would I do without you? Just do the exam for me" you thank him,
"if I could I would but unfortunately I can't" he laughs in response.
You both look up from your work and lock eyes for a moment. Quickly looking away and blushing in opposite directions, you and Kuroo definitely had a moment. Kuroo stood up from his seat and fake stretches to ease the tension,
"I'm gonna grab a snack. Melon alright? Okay thanks" He asks as he heads out of his room.
You giggle knowing that chips wasn't an option in his house and Kuroo usually gets fruit or something healthy whenever he asks about snacks in his house.
When he returned from the kitchen he finds you fast asleep on top of your work. He couldn't help but smile to himself, seeing you passed out from studying. Kuroo sets his fruit on the table and grabs the blanket, pulling it over you and carefully removes your homework from beneath you. He lightly kisses your head, moving your hair out of the way,
"someday I'll tell you" he whispers to himself and continues to quietly study at his desk.
