The next day I really really considered calling the dojo saying I wasnt coming but I didn't want to disappoint johnny or kreese. They needed to see that I wouldn't let feelings get in the way of what really mattered.

I walked my way to the dojo wearing what kreese had said. Regular clothes. I just had some sweatpants on and a hoodie. When I got there everyone was basically wearing the same thing

We were all just waiting around waiting for someone to say what we were doing when johnny came out

"What are you guys doing get your gi's on" he says confused

"Actually I had some other plans for today" kreese said stepping in

"What?" Johnny replies

"Coyote creek" is all he says and johnny knew exactly what it was

"I don't know if they're ready for that" he says

"We are" I say being the first one to chime in and others follow my lead

"Okay then. Lets get going. Also were taking as least cars as possible so that we aren't waiting on anyone. so anyone who has a car pack it in" he says before going to his office to take his gi off.

I look around and everyone was getting into their groups. The only one of my friends who actually had a car and their license was... hawk.

"Quinn lets go were going in hawks car" miguel says waving me over

"Yeah she isn't coming with us" hawk scoffs

"Come on dude you heard sensei we have to fit as many people as we can and everyone else has their group" miguel says and hawk just rolls his eyes walking out

"Thanks" I whisper to miguel as him aisha and I follow hawk out

Miguel was in shot gun and aisha and I were in the back

"So what's even going on with you two" miguel asks breaking the silence and I give him an annoyed look through the mirror

"What?! I figured since robby's your brother you guys could be together finally since no ones in the way" miguel asks

"Yeah turns out I'm not into ass holes" I say making eye contact with hawk in the mirror and he just rolls his eyes

"You know I was thinking about giving moon another chance. She's hot and she wants me so I think I'll call her after this" he says smirking keeping his eyes on the road.

That made me tense up and my heart sunk to my stomach and literally out of my ass. That hurt... especially cause he knew it would hurt me and that's why he said it.

I stayed silent the rest of the car ride and once we got there I was the first one out of the car. We were the final people to arrive and then they explained what we were doing

We all got on our teams. I was on the black team with miguel.

"So what do we do to get the head bands?" Someone asks

"Anything that's necessary" kreese responds

"But be smart" johnny says

"Okay you have a minute to spread out and then well start now go" johnny says.

Miguel and I went pretty far out and then we heard sensei scream start.

We had taken pretty much everyone out the only one on the red team we haven't gotten was hawk. And I assumed no one else could so miguel and I spread out to cover more ground. Suddenly I heard rustling in the tree's and then hawk comes jumping down from one of them. I turn around and meet his gaze

"I don't want to have to fight you" He says

"Look now that were alone and kind of have all the time in the world I wanted to say I'm sorry... for everything" I tell him and his eyes widen

"Even though you were the one who assumed robby was a boyfriend not a brother I still should have told you. After all you were my favorite person... Eli" I say stepping closer to him. And he comes closer to me too

"Were?" He asks grabbing me by the waist

"You can earn the spot back if you kiss me" I tell him as a smirk grows across his face. Suddenly I see miguel quietly walk behind hawk so only I could see him. He nods slowly and I pull hawk in for a kiss. He immediately kisses back. But it wasnt for long. I quickly take his arm flipping him over. my foot going onto his chest to hold him to the ground. His face went through different stages of emotion. At first he was shocked, then sad when he realized he wasnt getting me back. And then just pure anger. He quickly kicks me in the stomach pulling me on the ground as he quickly gets up pulling off my headband. I just sigh walking back to the others. Kreese was surprised to see me and I just sat on a log. A little later the boys came back and we thought we had won but sting ray came out of no where. I was too tired to care and we were soon back in hawks car. He dropped off aisha first and then he was at miguel and I's places.

"See ya man Miguel" says to hawk doing a hand shake and sends me a smile before getting out and I just sit there.

"What are you doing get out" he says and I roll my eyes opening the door

"You know Just because I said all of those things for the sake of winning doesn't mean I didn't mean everything I said". I say not bothering to look at him.

He doesn't say anything so I hop out of the car ready to head back to my house. When I hear the car door shut again as he shuffles up to me

"Quinn no you... y-you don't get to say that me and then walk away" he says standing behind me as my hand sits on the door handle

"I'm sorry I just wanted you to know that... even though you moved on after whatever we were. It wasnt as easy for me and everytime I see you again I fall...." I say trailing off not finishing my sentence which annoyed him.

"Fall what?" He asks getting closer to me

"Nothing it's just hard to get over you when I'm with you so even with all of the bad things I have said to you I think everyday I just end up loving you more and more" I say accidentally using the word love and I quickly shut up

"I'm glad you still love me because I never stopped" he says lifting my chin up with his hand smashing our lips together. My hands immediately wrap around his neck pulling him closer. After a second we pull back resting our foreheads in each others.

"I'll see you tomorrow" he says smiling pecking my lips again before going back to his car
