𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐋 𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐄𝐓𝐋𝐘 𝐋𝐀𝐘 in bed as she wanted nothing more than to just go back to sleep,

But Scott was blaring rap music throughout the house.

"I'm going to kill that boy," Abigail groaned as she finally decided to pull herself out of bed,

"Scott!" She called out as she stomped down the stairs,

Nobody woke her up like this and got away with it.

"Where the fuck is he?" The blonde added with a moan as she couldn't see him on the first floor,

"To the gym, it is then," she thought to herself.

"Scott there you are," the barista swung open the door to the gym and revealed a very sweaty Scott,

"Oh hey Abby," Scott smiled as he paused the music for a moment to talk to the girl,

"You are banned from listening to that shitty music this early in the morning," Abigail yawned as she sent the boy a glare,

"And why is that?" The footballer asked curiously as he dropped the bar he was lifting so he could go over to the girl,

"Because it woke me up and I need my sleep." The barista spoke in a duh tone as she motioned to the clock,

It was only eight in the morning.

"We don't want me looking like a zombie now do we?" She added causing the boy to let out a laugh,

"I've never seen a zombie as cute as you though." The boy smiled as he watched the girl roll her eyes,

"What I'm being serious right now," he added grabbing her hands,

"I will turn down the music on one condition," Scott sounded rather bold as to what he was about to ask for next,

"And what might that be?" Abigail asked curiously,

"I want a kiss," the footballer flashed the girl a devilish grin as she nodded,

Getting onto her tippy toes she leaned in and placed a soft kiss on his lips,

It was the third time in a week.

"Happy?" The barista cocked her head as she pulled away.

"Very," the boy nodded as he finally let go of her hands,

"Sweet dreams," he added in a joking tone causing the girl to flip him off.

With Scott about to leave so, he could get to the training grounds on time before they all had to check into the hotel,

The duo decided to slot in a movie night and it seemed that he would be cutting it tight.

"I really have to get going love," Scott sighed as the girl shook her head,

She was in such a clingy mood that she didn't even notice the new pet name.

"Not yet, there is like five more minutes left of this." Abigail pouted as she pulled the blanket over her before she rested her head on his shoulder.

"And besides just tell them it's my fault if you're late," she added in a duh tone as the boy wrapped his arm around her,

"Fine, but once the credits roll in I'm leaving." The footballer warned as the girl nodded,

"I swear you're no fun to watch movies with sometimes." The barista let out a groan as she clearly wasn't happy,

"What's that supposed to mean?" The boy sent her a glare as she looked up to him,

"It means that you always miss the good parts," the girl shot back causing him to roll his eyes,

"Like see you would have missed the wedding," she added pointing to the screen,

"Now shut up so I can watch the movie in peace," the younger blonde mumbled as she rested her head back on his shoulder,

"Okay Princess," Scott smiled as he ran his fingers through her hair.

"Shut up," Abigail rolled her eyes as she tried to hold back a grin,

Princess was officially her favourite nickname.

It was now the end of the Manchester Derby and the boys in red were heartbroken,

They still hadn't reached a final with the current gaffer.

"Scotty hey," Abigail used to call him that when they were younger whenever he got worried about anything as it always seemed to calm him down,

"We lost," Scott sighed as he told the girl,

It was almost as though he forgot that she was in the stadium.

"I know baby," the barista pulled him in for a hug,

His sad mood made her want to cry,

"Despite the result, you played really well," she added as she rubbed his back,

They all thought it would be different this time.

"How about we go get some food?" The footballer asked knowing that he wanted to take his mind off the result,

And right on cue Abigail's stomach rumbled.

"I'd like that," she nodded with a slight laugh as the older boy wrapped his arm around her shoulder,

Now on the other side of the tunnel stood John Stones as he watched the duo walk away there was only one thing he could think about,

What Scott had said to him a few weeks ago,

And he knew he had to ask Abigail about it.
