𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐋 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐁𝐔𝐒𝐘 doing the dishes when Scott came home from a secret trip,

"I'm home!" He cheered as he walked into the front door,

"Hey lo-" Abigail cut herself off by dropping a plate on the ground,

"Your hair," she mumbled as her eyes went wide,

"What about it?" Scott asked curiously as he wondered why the girl had such a poor reaction to it,

"Where did it go?" She squinted her eyes as she almost hoped that it would bring it back,

"I cut it," the footballer spoke in a duh tone as he spun around to show the girl her hair cut in full,

"No shit," the barista shot back in a sarcastic tone as she sent the boy a glare,

"Why did you cut it though?" She added as she ran her fingers over his head,

"I wanted a change," the boy shrugged as he realised what the girl was thinking about,

"Do you not like it?" He added as he looked down to the girl,

"I," she chewed the inside of her lip not wanting to really have to explain it,

"It reminds me of when you were seven," the girl let out a laugh as she finally realised what he reminded her of,

"Baby!" Scott groaned as it killed any potential mood in the kitchen and what would be for the next few weeks,

"What it does," Abigail shrugged as she let out a giggle.

Abigail walked into the small Subway down the road from her house as she grew hungry,

"Abigail hey!" Ariana smiled as she saw the younger girl,

"Oh hey, how are you?" Abigail asked curiously as she waved to the Dutch girl,

"I'm great thanks, you hungry." The older blonde asked before realising how stupid the question was,

"Sorry," she quickly added as she let out a chuckle,

"Do you have plans after this?" The Scot asked curiously as she got an idea,

"No not really," the engineer shook her head not knowing what she was going to do with the rest of her day,

"Do you want to go out and do something?" The barista asked as she knew that she didn't know the girl too well,

And that it was the perfect time for them to get to know each other,

"Yeah sure," Ariana smiled before quickly telling the worker what her order was,

"Movies?" Abigail proposed as the girl nodded.

"I'm pretty sure we could find something down the road," she added remembering that there was a theatre nearby,

"Oh definitely." The Dutch girl became excited as she couldn't wait for what they were going to do,

"Let's do it." The Scot always thought that the girl would be a good friend.

Abigail, unfortunately, wasn't able to get to the game since she had to work late as everyone else at the Cafe had actual reasons to be gone,

So, of course, she was sat at home in the living room which she had almost turned into a mini box.

"You're home!" Abigail smiled as the boy walked into the house,

"Hi love," Scott grinned as he leaned over the couch and placed a kiss on her lips,

He loved being able to see her in his shirt after games.

"I'm so proud of you," she added as she watched the boy jump over the couch to sit with the girl,

"It was amazing, can you believe I was captain," like every other footballer their dream ever since they were children was to wear the captain's band for a professional team.

"I think you could be captain more often," the barista pointed out as the boy smiled,

"Really?" The footballer asked as he watched the girl nod,

"I mean I don't see why not," the winning goal as your first time as captain doesn't seem too bad for an argument.
