𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐋 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐖𝐋𝐄𝐃 on the couch as she scrolled through the channels on the TV,

"You okay?" Scott asked curiously as he joined her on the couch,

"I'm just a bit bored," Abigail let out a sigh as she rested her head on his lap,

"Why's that?" The footballer asked curiously as he watched the girl place the remote down,

"Because you're always at training," the barista didn't want to play that card but it was obvious,

"I'm not always," the boy shook his head causing the girl to laugh,

"Where'd you just come from?" She shot back looking at the clothes that he was in,

"Training but that's not the point," Scott ran his fingers through her hair not realising that when he accidentally tugged on it she let out a soft moan.

"This house just gets a bit lonely sometimes," Abigail confessed causing the boy to let out a sigh,

"Do you want a pet then?" His mum said it would be a smart idea but since they were always travelling he didn't know how easy it would be.

"Yeah let's go!" The barista jumped off the couch and grabbed his hand to get him to move faster.

"I'm going to regret this." The footballer mumbled as the girl pulled him out of the house,

They walked through the rescue centre as Abigail was falling in love with the different animals,

"Which one is that?" Abigail asked curiously hearing the sounds of a cat hissing.

"Oh that is Taffy, he has been here for years." The worker explained as the girl nodded,

"Can we go see him?" Scott could see where Abigail was thinking and even though he wasn't a fan it made sense,

The duo walked through the place

"Are you sure you want to look at this cat?" He added whispering to the young girl,

"Yes Scott, let's just give him a shot," the barista warned as the boy nodded,

"Okay fine," the footballer quickly realised that it wasn't the right move going against Abigail at the moment,

"Here he is," the worker smiled as she watched the younger Scot fall in love,

"Hi buddy," Abigail smiled as she reached her hand over for the cat to smell,

"I think he likes you," Scott would have been lying if he said that he didn't like the interaction that she was having with the cat,

"Scott please can we get him," the barista turned her attention to the older boy knowing that he would have to agree if she wanted one,

"You know what, sure." The footballer figured that if this cat was meant to be her company whenever he was gone then it made sense that it was one that she liked,

"Thank you!" The girl stood on her tippy toes and placed a soft kiss on his cheek.

It had been a few hours since they arrived back from the centre when Abigail was in the process of making dinner for everyone.

"Do you want some sauce with that McSauce?" Abigail joked to the boy causing him to roll his eyes,

"Don't ruin what the fans call me," Scott warned as the girl let out a laugh,

"At least they don't call you daddy," the barista held back a snort as she spoke,

"Why wouldn't they call me daddy," the footballer crossed his arms as he sat on the counter,

"Because you don't radiate that kind of energy," the girl spoke in a duh tone as she continued to chop vegetables.

"Oh I could so do it," the boy shot back with a glare.

Abigail was sat in her room as she sat on a FaceTime call with none other than her childhood best friend 𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗔𝗧𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗢𝗡,

"So you told him that he couldn't radiate it?" Harlow asked as the girl nodded,

"Yeah because all he does is," Abigail trailed off not knowing what she was meant to say next,

"Well, he is just way to innocent." She continued causing her friend to nod,

"Like don't get me wrong he is hot as hell but I just don't see it." She added with a shrug before turning to her door as she swore she heard something,

But it was only Taffy wanting to come in.

"You don't see it or you don't want to admit it," the older girl smirked as she watched the barista turn light pink.

"I will admit that there are some times where he really does radiate it but I would never tell him about it. The younger girl explained not realising the words that were coming out of her mouth.

"See Dan that's what I'm telling you," Scott explained to the boy as he was sat in the gym,

"Like last night she was on the phone to someone and straight-up said everything." He added with a groan,

"Why do you sound like your mad?" 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗘𝗟 𝗝𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗦 asked as he looked up to the older boy,

"Because I kind of am, like what does she expect me to do with this information?" The Scot shrugged not having a clue how he was meant to go about his day now,

"She doesn't know that you know so I suggest you hold on to it," the Welshman explained in a duh tone as he looked at his watch,

"We are needed on the pitch," he added before the both broke out into a jog as they were late.
