Mr. Emily, could you start this story from the beginning? We'd love to hear your side.
But of course. You can't start a story anywhere else.
It was 1980.
Fredbear's Family DIner had just opened.
I would know, I helped the bastard open this hellhole. He used to be so charming when I met him. His grey eyes, his dark hair, his sickly pale skin.
I should have known he was a madman.
My daughter, Charlie, she walked up to me the day the place opened.
She looked at me, she said, "Dad? Can I go play with Michael and Liz?"
"Of course, sweetheart. Be careful, don't nudge the robots." I told her. I couldn't just let her stand around this place was made for her and her little friends.
I watched her run away. I didn't even know it'd be the last time I saw my daughter. His children where so different from how he was.
I loved them like I loved my own little ones. The boy, Michael, has always been kind, albeit a bit loud. His sister, Elizabeth, was a little bit of a brat but that's just how little girls are. That's how my little girl was sometimes.
Sir, could you tell us more about Mr. Af-
Don't say it. I used to love William as though he were my brother. He was impressive in the field of making robots and I don't even know why he did what he did.
He killed them, and I only know that because I caught him.
He was standing over my poor little girl's body and smiling at me, a sickening smile.
You seem to remember this day vividly.
How could I forget the day my Charlie died? Anyways, I kept working with him. I was far too shocked to report him to the authorities, and our business would've shut down. By that time my wife left me, and she left me alone. I never saw Charlie's body again. I vividly recall smelling something rotting in our Security Puppet system, and I'm sure if I checked I'd have seen a corpse.
How often did he commit these atrocities?

He continued up until the grand reopening of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, in 1993. He destroyed everything from the 1987 location, all of those sweet rosy cheeked robots. He went to the new one, with the more rustic looking robots.
If I remember, he left me a message in my voicemail box on my telephone. It was right before he... y'know.
Do you have the recording of the voicemail, Mr. Emily?
But of course. I have it on this cassette tape. Here, let me play it for you.
Henry! Henry I don't know how but they found me! Tell Michael to find her, tell him to destroy that fucking rental place! Whatever you do, don't come back for me.
Hey, you go away.
Mr. Aftooon
NO! You BACK OFF!! AUGH-
Dear god... What's he yelling at?
I'm...not sure. All I know is not even three months later, I got a phone call. I didn't record it, but I do remember what he said.
Are you comfortable sharing that with us, Mr. Emily?
All he had to say was one word.
Showtime.
I don't even know what it means. All I know is his son is missing. I'm going to lead him back though. I'm going to lead them all back. Michael, Elizabeth, Charlie...
I'm not going to let more tragedies happen with this business. I started it with him, I'm going to finish it by myself without him.
I can't help but agree with the last words my old friend said. It is, indeed, showtime, and the spotlight will be turned onto me.
