Avian POV:

Even though I try to make a normal expression, I can't contain the surprise away from my face. I mean I shouldn't be surprise by this but it still gets me. Zelda jumps up at Impa with lightning speed and hug her.

"W-Woah, Y-Your highness!?!" Impa ask startling by the sudden action of her princess.

"I miss you." Zelda says as she hugs Impa with a strength no one could imagine.

"I m-miss you too, p-princess. But please I-I can't breathe." Zelda finally noticed what she's doing. Immediately let go of her hug and start blushing.

"I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you." Guilty fill her face.

"Sigh.... It's okay your highness you haven't been here for so long. You must be very happy to finally come out of the castle and getting some fresh air. I also am worried on how you are doing as well." Zelda giggled out a bit after hearing her friend concerning about her.

"No need to worry about me, beside I am perfectly fine as you can see." Answered confidently.

"So, what bring y-" Impa question was cut short by the elder who's making a coughing noise to get them to noticed her.

"It is nice for the reunion and I know you both want to catch on how things have been for you two but don't forget to greet his majesty and introduced yourself to the rito as well, Impa." Th elder said scolding the two of them.

"They are still kids. Let them have their talk and enjoy their time together, beside we'll be leaving first thing in the morning. Impa why don't you sit down and have a meal with us? That way you both can talk together." the king asks Impa inviting her to feast with us.

"It's an honor to having a meal with you, your majesty. Thank you." Impa thanked King Rhoam. Which earn her a hearty laugh from him.

"Oh ho ho, no need to thank me. Your village is one who organized all of this for us so I must be thanking you but enough of that why don't you three have a chat with each other while me and the elder discuss our topics at hand." Impa sit down beside Zelda and answer the king

"We'll do just that." After this the king and the elder start having conversation while having their meal which left the three of us to talk among ourself. I was quite the whole time still baffled about Impa but the surprise from my face is nowhere to be seen anymore.

"I'm sorry that I have been too carried away while talking to the princess that I forgot to introduced myself," Impa say making finger gesture shyly. I smile and replied back.

"Oh, it's nothing really just seeing you and Zelda together and having fun is good enough for me." I said genuinely. Which in turn earn me a smile from both of them.

"My name is Impa, daughter of the elder, Svari. It's nice to meet you." Impa introduced herself to me bowing a bit. Maybe she thing I'm a noble, I need to corrected her though. Of course, she looks younger, around the same age as Zelda.

"The name's Avian. A pleasure to meet you as well, but no need to bow or anything I'm just a commoner just like everyone else." This statement makes Impa eyes widen a bit.
