todoroki had gone back to his dorm and bakugo went to go take a shower. leaving you alone in your room with your thoughts. not long before there was a knock on your door and you got startled

y/n: ...come in

the door opened up and in came aizawa. he stood at the foot of your bed and you were looking down at your hands

aizawa: I heard about what happened, and know that we are going to try to do everything in our power to get you off that list.
y/n: mh...

you hummed in response, he sighed and sat on the corner of your bed

aizawa: im sorry you have to go through this, it's not fair but if you ever need to talk you have me, you have a lot of people.
y/n: I know..

you played with the ring todoroki gave you and aizawa looked at your sad expression

aizawa: if you need anything i'll be in the office

you didn't say anything, he patted your head and left your dorm. as soon as he closed the door you jumped off of the bed and locked the door. you opened up your personal computer and searched up what had been said about the case so far, yet again another video of leo's mom.

mika: we were told that the police are now investigating UA highschool, one of those little brats did this and we'll catch them!

you rolled your eyes and chuckled

you kept scrolling and it was the same old things hawks was telling you, except your identity wasn't out in the public. you sighed and closed your lap top

y/n: is there even a way out of this.. I mean they have no evidence but still. it's not like I can just leave, then i'll be paranoid for the rest of my life..

you covered your face with your pillow

y/n: well, it was a nice life

you accepted that there was no way out and contemplated turning yourself in. at this point it was all about waiting game. you ended up falling asleep for the rest of the day and woke up around 7 in the morning. you had about an hour and a half before class so you go ready and threw on your coat and headed out to the roof, only to find hawks already there on the phone.

hawks: a hammer? buried? ...alright i'll head right over, check for finger prints, and bring it to the lab to run some dna tests.

your whole body felt weak and you felt this pressure on your chest. he flew away and you stood there with the wind blowing through your hair, feeling the breeze on your skin as you thought on how the future would look like for you. but you saw nothing, you saw a jail cell and nothing else.
