V. He killed JARVIS

Skylar was picking a piece of glass from her hand while listening to the people talk.

"All our work is gone." Bruce said. "Ultron cleared out, used the internet as an escape
head."

"Ultron." Steve hissed.

"He's been in everything, files, surveillance, he probably knows more about us then we know about each other." Natasha said.

Skylar looked up from her hand. "He's in your files, he's in your internet, what if he decides to access something more exciting?" Rhodey asked clutching his arm from the fall he took.

"Nuclear codes." Maria offered. "Nuclear codes." Rhodey confirmed. "Look we need to make some calls, assuming we still can."

"Nukes? He said he wanted us dead." Natasha stated.

"He didn't say 'dead,' he said 'extinct.'" Steve interrupted. "He also said he killed somebody." Clint reminded.

"But nobody else was in the building." Skylar said now cleaning off the blood of her hand. "Yes there was." Tony said he pointed the remote forward to reveal a damaged Jarvis.

Skylar looked down at her hand she was cleaning. Jarvis was her first friend other then Clint and Natasha, even if he was just an AI.

"This is insane." Bruce said. "Jarvis was the first line of defense. He would of shut ultron down, it makes sense." Steve said.

"No, ultron could have assimilated Jarvis. This isn't strategy, this is rage." Bruce said.

And with that Thor bursted into the room with his hammer and everything, and grabbed Tony by the neck. Skylar would have done the same thing.

"It's going around." Clint said.

"Come on. Use your words buddy." Tony choked out. "I have more than enough words to describe you Stark." Thor growled with anger.

"Thor!" Steve said breaking up the pair. "The legionnaire."

Thor snapped out of it and put Tony down. "Trail went cold about 100 miles out but it's headed north, and it has the scepter. Now we have to retrieve it again." Thor said.

"Genie's out of that bottle." Natasha said crossing her arms. "Clear and present is ultron."

"I don't understand," dr. Cho said. "You built this program, why is trying to kill us?"

Tony then started to laugh which caused everyone to glare at him and Bruce to shake his head.

"You think this is funny?" Thor asked.

"No, it's probably not right?" He said. Chuckling. "This is very terrible, it is it's so terrible."

"This could have been avoided if you hadn't played with something you didn't understand." Thor said.

"No, I'm sorry it is funny," Tony said walking to him. "It's a hoot that you don't get why we need this."

"Tony, now might not be a good time.." Bruce said but was cut off. "Really? That's it, you just go ahead and show your belly every time someone snarls." He said. Skylar furrowed her eyebrow.

"Only when I created a murder bot." Bruce argued.

"We didn't, we weren't, we're we close to an interface?" Tony asked and Bruce nodded.

"Well you did something, and you did it right here," Steve interjected. "The avengers we're supposed to be different then shield."

"Anybody remember when I carried a nuke through a wormhole?" Tony asked.

"Nope, never come up." Rhodey said sarcastically shaking his head. "Saved New York?" "Never heard of it." Rhodey said again.

"Recall that? A hostile alien army came charging through a hole in space, we're standing 300 feet below it. We're the avengers, we can bust arm dealers for a living long day. But that up there, that up there,that's the endgame." Tony said.

"How do you plan on beating that?" He asked.

"Together." Steve said.

Tony walked up to him. "We'll lose." He said. "Then we'll do that together too." Steve said.

Skylar knew the look Tony had on his face the 'I hate being wrong' look.

"Thor's right, ultron's calling us out. I'd like to find him before he's ready for us. The world's a big place, let's start making it smaller." Steve said in his leader voice.
