Armitage Hux was definitely a hard man to crack, he had a temper that could match Kylo Ren's, but was the top of his classes in the academy.
Armitage Hux never smiled at anyone, anyone who smiled at him would get a snare in return.
Anyone who tried to joke around or make light conversation with Armitage Hux would, in return, be set straight and a formal warning of 'slacking off' would be issued.
You, on the other hand, made Armitage Hux melt at the mere sight of your smile and he caved in when you'd talk to him 'out of regulation'. There was never a dull moment in your conversations, the first time you'd actually spoken to him you mocked him and his stupid gelled back hair – in return he stared at you, glaring until you laughed at his scrunched up face, his eyes softening just a tad.
The next time you talked, he wasted no time ripping into you, your manner of speech, your composure, and you merely laughed it off. He furrowed his eyebrows, how on earth was he not getting through to you.
The moment Armitage Hux fell in love with you was when you got as close to Hux as you possibly could, yanked him down by the collar of his uniform so he was eye level to you and you told him "You'll have to do better than a few heart-warming insults, General." Then you'd walked away.

That was the first time you made Armitage Hux smile.

"Hux, I have to leave, I've got to go to Jakku with Ren." You mumbled, trying to wiggle out of the gingers grasp. He gripped your waist tightly and nuzzled his nose into the crook of your neck. You huffed, the air from your lips blowing strands of hair from your face.

"He can go ahead without you, love." Hux whispered into your ear. He snuggled in closer to your back and you rolled your eyes, trying to peel yourself away from him. You couldn't deny the fact that you loved the attention though. "I need you here with me."

"'Tage, you know how he gets." You whispered, moving around to face him. You softly stroked his face with your thumb and stared into his sleepy green eyes. "Why is it that we can never have the same days off." Hux leaned in and softly pressed his lips to your temple.

"Because, my love, I'm a General who's able to have flexible work days but you're Ren's apprentice. It's basically a full time gig." You sighed moving away from Hux and he let you, he let you get out of bed, watching your naked body with a fond smile, remembering the events from the previous night. As you opened up your clothes drawers, you felt hands on your waist, a kiss to your shoulder blade then shoulder, then neck and you giggled at the tickle from his hair against your skin. Hux's hands wrapped around your waist and lifted you up just as you grabbed a shirt. You squealed out as he threw you back onto the bed, his body falling on top of yours.

"What do you think your doing, General Hux?" You asked teasingly as your lover moved the covers back over your bodies.

"I want you to stay in bed with me." Hux mumbled, pressing his chest to yours, he shifted his head to rest back in the crook of your neck where he placed gentle kisses there. You sighed, tangling your fingers into his messy hair, you couldn't ignore the pull you felt to the man on top of you, something within the force clearly wanted you to be with him, despite what Kylo Ren told you. "I want you to stay with me forever."

"You must be super tired if you're talking about forever." You mumbled giggling at his words. Hux sighed against your vibrating skin, relishing in the warmth it brought him, how you tugged ever so slightly on his hair and the tingling sensation you left on him after you kissed him. Hux brought his face up from your neck and pressed your noses together.

"It's against First Order protocol for employees to become romantically or sexually involved with one another but I don't ever want to lose you." He mumbled. You grazed your thumb over his cheekbone and smiled softly up at him, his stomach filling with butterflies.

"Well considering we're both romantically and sexually involved in one another, I'd say you can't get rid of me," he smiled down at you. "And I can't get rid of you."

"Promise?" You rolled your eyes and hooked your legs around Hux's waist and used your weight to flip you two over, you almost rolled off the bed if it hadn't have been for your lover. You gripped the gingers shoulders and giggled, watching him roll his eyes at your antics.

"Armitage, you're mine. You're all mine and I'm all yours." He pulled you down by the neck and connected your lips in a passionate kiss, his tongue slipping into your mouth and his hips lifting up to grind against yours. You moaned softly at the action, letting your body mould against his.

The mission to Jakku could wait.
