'Father wears his Sunday best, Mother's tired, she needs a rest, The kids are playing up downstairs, Sister's sighing in her sleep, Brother's got a date to keep, He can't hang around.'

Pesci stood outside while nervously looking at the care across the street, he was waiting for someone, even though he would get various comments on his appearance the one he was waiting for never seemed to insult him, in fact, they complimented him.

His expression lit up as his eyes saw them approaching, a smile coming to his face.

'Our house, in the middle of our street, Our house, in the middle of our-'

The two of you had chosen to hang out today, it helped with Pesci growing anxiety about work and the tension that was going in his work, you two walked past a man reading a newspaper on a park bench, the two of you joking around and having fun.

The man lowered the newspaper from his face, "so this is where he goes." Prosciutto muttered as he waited till the two of you were further away before deciding to follow after the two of you, after all, he needed to keep an eye on the newbie and see what he was up to.

'Our house it has a crowd, There's always something happening, And it's usually quite loud, Our mum, she's so house-proud, Nothing ever slows her down, And a mess is not allowed.'

"Hey wanna try to play?" You suggested while motioning towards the slot machine, "ah sure, but I'm not sure if I'm good at gambling," Pesci laughed nervously, "you're joking, you are a master at those card games I'm sure you'll win this." You reassured him, which made him smile.

Prosciutto glanced behind the corner at the two of you, noticing the slot machine, "he's a gambler?" He wondered while watching Pesci score a win and watching you cheer for him, "a good one at that," he said in a surprised tone, he then followed after the two of you, noticing how you guys went to buy ice cream with the money Pesci had won.

'Our house, in the middle of our street, Our house, in the middle of our, Our house, in the middle of our street, Our house, Something tells you, That you've got to move away from it, In the middle of our-'

Pesci suggested going to the park, and you two did talking about the latest albums released by his favorite bands, Prosciutto swatted away the pigeon that landed on his head as he tried to watch the two of you through the binoculars, "if she's gonna distract his mind like this, it might cause harm to his fighting spirit in the job." He muttered while swatting away yet another pigeon that tried to land on his shoulder.

"God damn birds, you're lucky it's not the hunting season."

'Father gets up late for work, Mother has to iron his shirt, Then she sends the kids to school, Sees them off with a small kiss, Ah, ah, ah, ah, She's the one they're going to miss, In lots of ways.'

Walking around the busy streets you two glanced around the displays of various shops, Pesci pointed towards the cakes on display, "those look absolutely stunning!" He said in awe, "And expensive, but they are surely well made," you added while looking at the various desserts.

"I'm surely going to miss you, y'know?" Pesci suddenly said while looking down in shame, "hey don't be so upset, I'll come back the next year alright?" You smiled reassuring him, "besides we can always text and call each other, right?"
Pesci smiled for a moment before letting out a tired sigh, "that is if I have time to do so," "Oh come on, your boss can't give you that many shifts right?" "Oh if you only knew about my job." The two of you laughed, you really didn't know what he did with his jobs, you only assumed he must have been working in some kind of an office job.

'Our house, in the middle of our street, Our house, in the middle of our-'

The two of you stood in within the airport, you held two big suitcases in each hand, "I guess this is a goodbye for now huh?" You asked, Pesci only nodded, "but as soon as the plane lands, I'll call you okay?" Pesci nodded again but this time with a hint of sadness.

'I remember way back then, When everything was true and when, We would have such a very good time, Such a fine time, such a happy time, And I remember how we'd play, Simply waste the day away, Then we'd say nothing would come between us, Two dreamers.'

You waved at him as you were walking further away to your flight, "I'll visit you again in the next summer!" You called out to him with a smile, he waved back with a small smile on his face.

"Tell your friend I said hi too!" You laughed softly while walking further away, Pesci looked at your form in confusion, "what friend...?" Pesci wondered while glancing around, his eyes not spotting the blonde man standing behind a fake plant, "how did she see through my cover?" Prosciutto whisper yelled to himself.

"Bro? What are you doing here?" "I'm not here! Mind your business!"

'Father wears his Sunday best, Mother's tired she needs a rest, The kids are playing up downstairs, Sister's sighing in her sleep, Brother's got a date to keep, He can't hang around.'
