Kars x Astronaut!reader [2]

You stared at the man with a horrified expression before you backed away from him, he only stared at you his expression turning into an unamused one, "who are you? Get the hell away from me, why are you in such clothing-" You told him while pointing your finger at him, "ah, human I'm just a passenger on this ride, I wish to return back home."

 He told you as he rose up to his full length, he was taller than you that's for sure, it intimidated you, "what do you mean by home? Sir how did you get-" He tried to reach for you again, which caused you to flinch back in fear.

The lifeform seemed to grow rather annoyed, disliking the fact you were avoiding his touch, so he reached for you again, which this time made you run off and call out for that man who you referred to as 'doc'. 

He grew so annoyed, his face held a sinister gaze as he watched you run away, but it didn't matter, this ship he was on, the two of you were the only living things up here.

And he was correct, you ended up finding him from time to time, everytime your eyes landed on him he could see a hint of fear in your eyes, you were giving up on searching for doc as you could see no sight of him, you were giving up, good.

At one point he had tried to reach for you by changing his arm to that of a squid's successfully freaking you out but not being successful in catching you, it seemed that the way his body worked caused you distress and panic. 

Which after a few more attempts of trying to get to you, he had lost sight of you, where were you?

Sitting alone in the almost silent observation room of this space ship, you were watching the lights flicker off the buttons and the many flight tools, you sat on a lone chair hugging your knees trying to come up with a conclusion to what you should do, the main station hadn't answered your calls yet, you assumed it was because of technical difficulties on their side for some reason.

You stared out of the panel window which looked over to the galaxy, you didn't expect your job to turn into this, the door of this specific room was tightly shut and only you had the access key, there was no way whatever that thing was could get in here.

And it did seem like your luck was beginning to shine, you heard the sounds of the radio suddenly picking up, you were getting a message! With no hesitation, you took a hold of the radio and began to wait for the call to come through.

And as you were waiting, someone was bending their body in impossible ways so they could get into the room you were in, Kars was growing irritated as there were no possible ways for him to get in without causing destruction.

He listened to you talk with someone through the radio system, they were sending more humans here, and with that knowledge and idea slid into Kars' mind, he watched you with a mischievous grin before he slowly walked away, a plan forming in his mind. 

They were going to send a team to help you out, not that they believed there was some sort of monster on the ship but because they thought you were suffering some sort of meltdown, but you didn't care what they thought, you stayed in the observation room now flicking through the cameras that were placed around the ship while anxiously waiting for help to come, you hadn't spotted the creature in any of the cameras, that fact alone made you afraid.

And soon you heard the radio pick again as you watched the team arrive at this ship, feeling of hope washed over you, as you held the radio in your hand, ready to achieve the message they were going to send you, you had given them the permission to enter already through the last radio call.

You watched the team of five enter, feeling much safer as you watched them via the camera until of course, the horror happened, the cameras started up acting up. 

"No, no, no..." You moved your hand on either side of the monitor as you watched helplessly, seeing only clips of the team separating to cover more ground, few of the cameras weren't showing anything until all of them just... worked again, you leaned back, sweat running down your face, it hadn't done such things before why was it acting up now? Wait... What's that?

You squinted your eyes and soon they widened, it's that man, that creature, oh god, you watched as he started taking the team out by one by one, pure horror washing over you, he would bend his body to hide in the vents, how can something twist their body in such an impossible pose? Whatever he was he was absorbing the others, it was horrific you could do nothing but watch frozen in pure fear. 

It was like time stopped as you watched the man look straight into the camera, smile, and then turn his attention at the wall, what was he going to do now? Oh god...

He was doing something to the wall and as he finished you noticed he had drawn a messy heart from the team's blood,  he pointed at himself and then he pointed at you, a smile coming to his lips, he knew you were watching him.

"Watching over me like the guardian angel you are, you brought me food too, lovely," Kars spoke as he watched the camera with a smile, the two of you were alone again.

All the color from your face had disappeared as you moved your hand over your mouth, this felt like a horror movie, why was this happening? 

Building up courage within, you took the access key and got up from the chair, quickly making your way over to the door, opening it, you needed to get to the control room, there had to be a way to kill this thing right? You weren't gonna let him get to earth!

Quietly as possible you ran down the hall your feet hitting the metallic ground, you felt watched and soon you heard a sound, something hitting the metal floor, you stopped, what was that?

It was silent but you knew something wasn't right, you refused to move not even an inch until you moved your eyes on something, it was peacefully falling down, it was a feather, you watched almost in a daze as the feather slowly and peacefully landed onto the ground, soon you turned your attention on the ceiling and let out a scream.

He was there, he dropped down from the ceiling onto you, making you fall down on your back and silence your screams, he was towering over you, you could see feathers flying off everywhere around as he slowly placed his hands on either side of your face, they were covered in feathers only for a moment but soon the feathers started to turn, his hands now resembling those of human.

You moved your eyes to stare into his, he lowered his head down, his lips turning into a pleased smile as his eyes relaxed as you stayed absolutely still as you watched him with a horrified expression, his lips parted as he was getting ready to say something.

"Let's go home together."
