'How does it feel, To treat me like you do? When you've laid your hands upon me, And told me who you are? Thought I was mistaken, I thought I heard your words, Tell me, how do I feel? Tell me now, how do I feel?'

Standing near a light post at night, it was raining the weather had been bad for months, you were tired of your work at the lowly bar, and your so-called significant other, they did nothing but give orders to you, like you were some sort of a machine, telling you what you could and couldn't do, living under a boot was no way to live.

So, you were waiting for a ride, in this rain at night, you were going to leave and clear your head, you didn't wish to be ordered around like a dog, you were so much and more than that.

Glancing at your phone you could see the latest message your ride had sent you, they were almost here, good, holding a suitcase in your hand you had only taken what you thought was worth to take, you didn't want to waste time, time was important now, you needed it.

'Those who came before me, Lived through their vocations, From the past until completion, They'll turn away no more, And I still find it so hard, To say what I need to say, But I'm quite sure that you'll tell me, Just how I should feel today.'

You could see the headlights of the car coming up, the sound of the engine running could be heard as well, hoping this was your ride, you kept a close eye on the black car, it stopped next to you and the driver rolled down the window, you felt relief.

"I am here as promised," a deep voice spoke, he opened up the passenger side car door for you, letting you into the car, "and I am glad for that." You said while sitting down on the car seat, closing the car door, put on the seat belt as the car started moving again.

It was silent for a moment, neither of you spoke as you held onto the somewhat wet suitcase, it sat on your lap as you carefully held onto it. "Think about your decision, is this the right one? I can still pull over-"

"I made my decision the moment I left the apartment, Risotto."

You weren't sure if you had tears on your face, and if you did the rain had covered them, the sounds of the car speeding to a highway was what you could hear before he spoke up again, "I should have put them on a list," he stated his voice holding hatred in it, "it wouldn't have made differences, I'm here to start new, that's what we planned correct?" You told him as you glanced at him, he kept his gaze on the highway.

'I see a ship in the harbor, I can and shall obey, But if it wasn't for your misfortune, I'd be a heavenly person today, And I thought I was mistaken, And I thought I heard you speak, Tell me, how do I feel? Tell me now, how should I feel?'

He was silent for a moment, "correct, you are certain what this job truly is?" He asked taking a somewhat quick glance at you with his eyes, you turned to look away, "I do."

You could see the city fading away from the rearview mirror, you turned to look at the highway, it was going to be a long journey but you'd be free. "Then it's settled, I believe you took the test already?" He asked in his deep soothing voice, "yes." You said, silence came back for a moment, you could hear the car radio but it was broken, so it was only making a buzzing noise.

'Now I stand here waiting, I thought I told you to leave me, While I walked down to the beach, Tell me, how does it feel, When your heart grows cold?'

You could see the new city lights welcoming you to your new future, Risotto stopped at a red light, the streets were somewhat empty, there weren't many cars around, but it felt like hours as the two of you waited for the red light to change.

"What's it called?" He asked you as he turned to look at you, "what is?" You asked as you slowly turned to look at him, his eyes told you everything as he observed you carefully, the scleras were pitch black as the night itself, he had crimson red pupils, as red as wine, as red as blood, you could tell by his face what he was asking, the power you were gifted with, the name of it.

And for the first time in months, a tiny smile crept on your face, "New Order."
