It's an xreader type and this time the genre is Time Travel. I want to introduce Ryuichi Sakamoto to those who never heard of him before. The timeline will be from 1981 to 1987 but I might've hacked it :>

~Ryuichi's P.O.V~ A new year has come and a new chapter has opened. I have been very grateful for the past year. I got married and my close friends took part in it. I did my first act with another respected musician while doing what I love. We also just finished recording a new album as well as myself and Yukihiro on our solo album.
Speaking of happiness, (y/n)-chan has been happier after the first day of recording. I wonder what Yukihiro said to her while I was... Preoccupied with Haruomi-san. Well, whatever he said to her, I'm thankful and I guess the drink he bought her also helps with the talking. She was also really happy when I gave her a scarf on her birthday. "How did you know my favorite color?" she was surprised when I got the right color. "I have my ways." I innocently answered. I know she doesn't like me giving vague answers from her pouting.
"You're no fun, sensei... you never gave me straight answers..." I giggled and pat her head. She's really cute. I received news that the premiere of the movie will be held at the same time as the film festival in France, at the tenth this month. I can already see the interviews, concerts and perhaps a collaboration from the soundtrack if there's a chance. Seems that I'll be very busy again this year.
(May 10th, 1983)
~Your P.O.V~ Today is the day of the premiere! I don't know why I'm excited even though I watched it before I end up here. I guess having a slight curiosity on how it looked like in the big screen can be one reason for my excitement and not to mention that I'm watching it together with the family! If Maya were here, she would definitely flip!
The premiere will start in the evening and I spent half of the afternoon trying to find which clothes I should wear. Reminding that most of my clothes I wear are Akiko-san's old clothes aside the ones I wore and bought before coming here. I bought some for myself once in a while but I don't want to overspend. Maybe mine will fit Miu-san when she grows up. "How about this one, (y/n)-chan?" asked Akiko-san after digging through the closet.
"Isn't that...?". "It's what I wore at the Greek Theater concert back in 1979." Said Akiko-san and pulled out her black jumpsuit. "How about you try it on?" she suggested and I went to my room to try it on. It fits just fine although it's a bit tight around the chest. I went back to the main bedroom to show Akiko-san. "How do I look?" I asked after I went in.

"It suits you very nice!" she complimented. "Should I pair it with the scarf or should I wear an undershirt?" I asked for advice. "I think an undershirt will fit better and you should hang on with the scarf. Just in case if it gets cold." She advised and I nodded. I went back to my room and changed back to my casual clothes. I searched the undershirt in my closet and I found a white t-shirt. I pulled it out and put it next to the jumpsuit. Since Ryuichi-sensei is out with Miu-san for a while, I decided to go to his office to practice the song again.
