Pat's POV

"Ma'am Pat? gising na po kayo baka ma late pa kayo sa first day nyo" I was awaken by the heavy knocks on my door. "Ay shit hindi ako nagising sa alarm ko, I'm gonna be so dead" I got up from bed and i took a quick shower. While eating, my phone rang and I saw Andrew's name on the screen.

"Pat, where the hell are you? Me and Toni are in the parking lot na. We can't be late in our first day lalo na we're transferees. I'm telling you na hindi mo gugustuhin pumasok mag isa sa campus because it is so big and ang daming students." Andrew

"Andrew hi good morning! I'm so so sorry, eto na pasakay na ako sa car. Please wait for me I'll tell manong Ronnie na lang na bilisan yung  pag ddrive para makarating ako dyan agad"

"K fine. As if naman iiwan ka namin eh look at us transferring also with you hmp. Bilisan mo Lasaten, you owe us lunch."

"Thank you so much guys! Give me 15 mins masisilayan nyo na ganda ko."

"Patricia kilabutan ka nga. Sige na I'll hang up na, Ingat!!" Andrew ended the call.

I am so lucky to have Andrew and Toni in my life. They're not only my best friends, but also my support system.  Our families are very close to each other since they are all business partners so we actually grew up together. We came from Yorkies high school and decided to study here. I know it's weird to transfer on our senior year but I really have to do this. I am thankful for Andrew and Toni for coming with me kasi imagine the struggle when you enter a new environment with no friends. I just hope na I did the right thing.

Dumating na ako sa parking lot and I saw Andrew and Toni sitting on a bench nearby. Grabe ang laki naman ng campus dito jusko highschool lang ba talaga to?

"Finally nakarating ka rin" Toni said while hugging me. "Kamusta na ang puso natin dyan?

"Ayoko pag usapan guys, basta this is a new start. I'm here to reset myself and my heart."

"Wow reset daw, sana nga" pabulong na sinabi ni Toni kay Andrew
"Hoy narinig ko yun ha!" They both laughed

"By the way, Isn't it weird that they opened the school year on a Thursday? We get to be oriented the whole day today and our official classes starts tomorrow tapos weekend na agad?" Toni

"I guess so? Di ko rin alam bakit hindi monday first day natin" Andrew

"Halika na nga let's go inside na tapos hanapin na natin music club nila"

So nag ikot ikot kami around sa campus and grabe ang laki talaga. Since first day, puro registration ang ganap. There are different booths ng mga club such as book club, sports club, and theatre club. We play sa band sa old school namin so obviously music club ang hanap namin.

"There's the booth. Let's go" turo ni Andrew

We walked towards the booth and I greeted the girl in the middle kasi I think sya ang president.

"Hello excuse me? Is this the Music club? Balak sana namin mag join ng friends ko"

There's an awkward silence kasi ang tagal nyang nakatitig sakin. Hindi ko malaman kung shocked ba sya or may mali ba sa mukha or sa sinabi ko. She came back to her senses after sya kurutin ng katabi nya. Confirmed nga na sya ang President ng club pero medyo weird lang na pangalan ko lang yung tinanong nya. Ang funny nga kasi nabulol pa sya. After nya ma-realize na may kasama pa ako, I introduced Toni and Andrew to them. They seem very friendly naman lalo na lahat sila naka smile and very welcoming, mukhang in good hands naman kami.

"Hello Patricia, Toni and Andrew." May nag salita na naka salamin na lalaki sabay wave kaso nagulat ako nung may nakita ako na may isa pa na kamukha nya

"I'm Miguel and yes twin brother ko sya" and then he smiled politely. "You can call me Migs na lang" I nodded. " This is Pao, my brother, This is Poch, Jam Keifer and Agnes" they all waved at us and ang cute nila tignan kasi they seem super close to each other.

"Eto fill up muna kayo ng papers for registration and then kami na pala bahala mag tour sainyo around the campus" Jam

"Yeah the tour guide here is boring" Poch

"May band kayo here? Anong instruments pinplay nyo?" tanong ni Toni sa kanila. Si Agnes na yung sumagot and di ko napigilan mapatingin habang nag su-sulat ako para sa reg form.

"Yes may band kami pero separate sya sa Music club ng school. Bale yung club is open for all naman pero yung sa band, we do auditions. Kaming anim, we actually started the band nung 1st year students kami. We represent the school kapag may competition sa labas from time to time."

"Wow since first year kayo nag pplay together? That's cool" sagot ni Andrew. Kahit naman ako amazed kasi grabe sobrang galing siguro nila to start a band that young.

"We are going to have auditions next week kasi grumaduate na yung ibang band members namin. We'll post the details sa bulletin board pag final na yung time and room. If you're interested, punta kayo kasi kami lang din naman yung mamimili." She's very precise when she's explaining something, kitang kita mo na Agnes really knows what she's doing. There's no doubt na sya ang President nila. "Oh yeah before I forgot, I play the bass pala, Migs and Pao are the lead singers and they also play the guitar. Si Poch yung lead guitarist, Jam on drums, and Keifer on violin. Main song composer namin yung kambal pero from time to time nag cocompose din kami."

We finished filling up the forms and handed it to Jam. Napatingin ako ulit kay Agnes and I find her really interesting.

"Curious lang ako kasi very uncommon yung may nag ttransfer pa kahit 4th year students na, bakit pala kayo nag transfer fro-OMG GALING KAYONG YORKIES HIGH??!!" gulat na gulat na tanong ni Keifer. Kitang kita ko rin yung expression nilang anim habang tinitignan yung forms namin.

"Wait what? You guys are from Yorkies?" Poch

"That's one of the most prestigious school here ah, why did you transfer? Migs

"Let's just say na little Pat here needed a new environment for her broken heart" Andrew

"Oooooh share the tea" Jam

"May backstory, i love it" Keifer

"Hoy tumigil nga kayo nakakahiya kay Patricia oh" sagot ni Agnes. Bigla silang tumahimik lahat. Wow parang very scared silang lahat sa kanya.

"Hahaha it's okay. Btw, just call me Pat na lang"

"Okay, Pat" and then she smiled. Ang cute nya ha.

"Pat..ay tayo dyan late na tayo lika na i-tour na natin sila" Jam

They showed us the different buildings and departments sa school. Tinuro din nila kung saan yung library, canteen, computer lab and pati yung mini park sa loob. Pero sa totoo lang after the tour, wala akong natatandaan kasi yung attention ko na kay Agnes lang. Ewan ko ba pero I am so interested sa kanya.

"Okay last na, can we see your class schedules? Para makita namin kung saang room kayo and baka magkakaklase din tayo sa ibang subjects.

"Yes sure wait." Binigay namin yung class scheds namin and they checked it.

"Uy wow Agnes lahat ng subjects same sched kay Pat" Pao

"Ay oo nga. Hello classmate hehe" tapos ngumiti nanaman sya. Ang cute shet?

"Nangangamoy samgyup Pao no?" Jam

"Ha samgyup? amoy samgyup ba? saan?" Andrew

Nakita ko namang kinurot ni Agnes si Jam at tumawa lang silang lahat. I wonder ano kaya yun

"Sige na let's go to class na and then meet up na lang tayo sa canteen mamayang lunch" Migs

"Alam mo naman na kung saan yung canteen Pat diba?" Poch

"Ah eh..oo? hehe" di ko maalala.. nung time na tinuro ata nila yung canteen, yun yung nag tatali si Agnes ng buhok nya tapos kitang kita ko yung jawline nya

"Nako kung saan saan ka kasi  nakatingin kanina" Toni. Agad ko naman syang nilakihan ng mata

"Hahahaha wag ka mag alala kasama mo naman ako" Agnes.

Di ko mapigilan ngumiti with the idea na classmate ko si Agnes kasi I'll get the chance to know her better as a friend...
