Agnes' POV

We had our christmas party sa school, Pat got Sandra a pair of socks since sya yung nabunot nya. When I asked her bakit socks, she said kasi Sandra 'Socks' daw. Tuwang tuwa naman ako sa sinabi nya, but suprisingly si Sandra pala nakabunot sakin. Pat got annoyed for a second pero I assured her naman na friend lang talaga tingin ko kay Sandra. She tends to overthink kasi and I have no issue naman to give her assurance. Sandra on the other hand, got me a new Bass strap. Para raw pwede ko na palitan yung bass strap ko while performing since makulit daw ako sa stage. I thanked her and proceeded sa mini feast ng classroom namin. All went well naman, nag enjoy kami sa mga pa games nung teacher namin na si Ms. Marcelo. Buntis pala sya akalain mo yun. So bale, parang naging double celebration yung party namin.

I got Pat a necklace. May shop kasi akong nakita na nag c-customize ng necklace so I got her one. I can't say na kilalang kilala ko na si Pat pero there are parts of her na medyo nakakabisado ko na.

When things starts to fall apart, sinasarili nya. She doesn't ask for help not because she thinks di sya matutulungan, but because she's afraid to be a burden. Nasanay na sya na pag problema nya, sa kanya lang yun. I know hindi madali yung ganon, that's why as much as possible, I'm always asking if she's okay or if she needs someone to talk to. I need to make her feel that it's okay to share the things that bothers her.

I handed her a yellow box with a silver ribbon. Sa loob non, nakalagay yung necklace na gift ko.

"Oh para saan to?" She asked. I just smiled at her and nagets nya agad kung para saan yung gift
"Ikaw nakabunot sakin?" She sounds very surprised. Tawang tawa naman ako kasi nauto ko sya na iba yung nabunot ko
"Open it dali" she proceeded to open the gift and when she saw the necklace, she hugged and cried.
"Thank you, Agnes" she mumbled. I pulled out in our hug and grabbed her face gently. Stroking her cheeks and wiping her tears. "Why are you crying? You don't like it?"

"I love it. It's perfect" she smiled. "Because when you stop and look around, Life is pretty amazing" she read the engraved qoute on the necklace

"You know why I chose that?" I asked. She shook her head. "Kasi I know na lagi ka nag o-overthink, you even choose to be alone. This is just a tiny reminder that even though life is sometimes shitty and tough, sometimes it can also be amazing" I smiled at her

"Alam mo na pala talaga how I feel with my shitty life, but at this point I hope you know na when it comes to my another version of life it's because of you.."

"What do you mean?"

"It's because of you." Inulit nya yung sinabi nya. "My 'sometimes it can be amazing' kind of life, is because of you, Agnes" she held both of my hands. "Ever since I met you, it's like hindi na lang sya basta 'sometimes', my life is definitely amazing right now despite the ups and downs. And I can't thank you enough, or kung sino man dapat kong pasalamatan for your existence." parang ako naman ata yung maiiyak ngayon "So please, don't go anywhere okay? Dito ka lang sa life ko."

"Of course, Pat. Always."

"Hello excuse me po andito pa kami" I heard Keifer talking behind our backs. Kita namin sila nila Migs na natatawa sa likod. Hinihintay nga pala nila kami, mukhang nadala kami sa emosyon ni Pat at nakalimutan naming aalis pa pala kami after the party.

"Pati ako naluha sainyong dalawa ha, may pa ganong eksena" sabay punas ni Toni sa fake tears nya

"Come on guys let's go na to our house for the afterparty" dagdag ni Andrew
