Perfect Imperfections (Jensoo converted story)

Thirteen

It was 6 pm, Jisoo's car was parked outside Jennie's office. She was patiently waiting for the woman, today was the day that the she decided that since their marriage in inevitable might as well make it work.

Jennie may look mean and cold, but she knows that the woman had goodness inside.
Thirty minutes past six in the evening, finally, Jisoo saw the woman she was waiting for walking out of the door. She smiles and was about to get out of her car when she saw her wife going out with a guy and both of them are happily walking to the car parked a few feet from hers.

The guy opens the car door for Jennie and Jennie smile uttering a thank you to the guy.

Jisoo watches the car drive away as she sadly sat back behind the steering wheel. She looks at the flower next to her and a bitter smile formed on her lips.

"Am I too late?" Jisoo asked to no one. She then just decided to just go home.

It was 9 pm when Jisoo heard her wife's car. She was waiting for her to come home. She heard the door clicked open and her wife came in.

"You are late," She says.

Jennie jumped a little, "What the hell, Kim Jisoo! Are you trying to kill me?"

"I was at your workplace, exactly six pm." Jisoo turned on the light.

"What were you doing there?"

"I was about to pick you up. Like normal husband/wife does." Jisoo smile and pick up the flower she bought for Jennie.
"And this is for you, but I saw you leaving with a guy."

"You didn't tell me you'll go there, and besides we are not a normal couple so why the sudden urge of fetching me?"

"You told me before that this marriage is inevitable. We cannot avoid it or do anything to stop it." Jisoo stood up,
"after last night, i have been thinking. So, I want this marriage for real, and I am sure our parents won't allow us to divorce so why not make it work?" Jisoo walks to the stairs.

"We can't make it work, Jisoo. We don't love each other we hated each other."

Jisoo stopped and turn to look at her wife, "I never told you that I hated you. And we can make this work, believe me."

"Jisoo..."

"That guy, avoid him."

"You can't tell me what to do."

"I can, I'm your huswife, and you are my wife," Jisoo says. "If you don't stop seeing him, I have no choice but to make you," She says before going straight upstairs to her room.

Jennie was speechless, did she just got an order from that stupid freak?
And what is the sudden change?
Suddenly she wants us to be a normal couple?
Jennie looks at the flower, they are beautiful. She put her bag down and take a vase to put the flowers. She then saw a box of chocolates in the kitchen counter, it was her favorite. She took it and bring it to her room.

Meanwhile, in Jisoo's room, the older girl was walking around, jumping and quietly screaming.

"Damn it Kim Jisoo!" She was now in front of her life-size mirror talking to herself.
"You looks so cool back there!" She stands up straight and wipes the smile on her face.
"That's right Kim, show your wife who is the boss. You are the King in this house!"

Jisoo smile and nod at her reflection. That's right it is time to set things right. To put everything to their proper places and Jennie's place is by her side. Not with someone else but with her.

She looks at their wedding rings, she's been keeping them. Jennie gave it to her, cause they don't want anyone to know about their marriage so Jennie told her to keep it.

"It is time to put you too, to your proper places." She said sliding her ring with their names and wedding date in her ring finger.

"Perfect."

She then took the other one, "just wait a little longer," She said and put the ring in her ring finger too.

After a few minutes, Jisoo calls it a night and decided to rest. She wants to wake up early to prepare breakfast for Jennie and sent her to work.

The next morning, Jennie was welcome by a delicious smell of food. She went downstairs and saw her smiling wife.

"Good morning!" Jisoo approaches her wife and takes her bag and folders putting it in the counter.
"Let's have breakfast. I made your favorite, I called your mom and ask about the food you like "

Jennie looks at the table, all her favorite. She secretly smiles even a tea except for coffee.

"Come on, sit." Jisoo pulls the chair for her wife.

Jennie quietly sits, she took her spoon and start eating. She looks up to Jisoo and nod.

"This is good." Her compliment made the older girl smile wide.

"I'm also taking you to work." Jisoo looks away when Jennie look at her.

"I have my car."

"I am not asking. I am telling you."

"Jisoo..."

"I told you, I want to give this marriage a try. And I am doing it."

Jennie just keeps her silence. There is no point of arguing with this human.

"Fine."
