Twenty-two

The weekend is finally over and Jisoo was busy preparing for work.
Jennie offered to make breakfast and Jisoo didn't argue with it for she sees how her little wife really wanted to make it.

After breakfast the couple was off to work, after dropping her beautiful wife to work, the older woman drives to her workplace.

Upon entering the lobby, her presence once again made a buzz. It was the same old routine, girls will look at her as if she is some kind of food they want to devour. She's used to it, Jisoo is kind of famous at their company, for her soft and yet masculine appearance.

'Just one night with him is enough for me'

Jisoo wanted to laugh with this desperate women. If only they knew the truth. She chuckled.

"Women tsk tsk"  Jisoo enters the elevator that will take her to her floor.

"Jisoo my Man!" Taehyung greeted Jisoo putting his arm around the latter's shoulder.

"Wassup, Tae?" Jisoo removes her friend's arm on her shoulder and put her bag in his table. Turning his computer then look at the smiling Taehyung.

"Dude, the gang are calling for a night out."

"On Monday?" Jisoo ask

"Why not? We used to do this buddy."

"That's before, man. I have responsibilities now."

"Responsibilities? Come on dude, what kind of responsibility can make Kim Jisoo stop going out on Monday night?"

"My wife."

"W..wi...what?"

"My wife."

"You have a wife?"

"I have a wife."

Taehyung looks at his friend, looking for the truth. But Jisoo's eyes show no lies.

"Fuck dude! For real?!"

"Look, dude, it is true. I got married secretly months ago." Jisoo turns her back at Taehyung and focuses on his job.

But Taehyung wasn't done yet. "Look, dude, forget the night out, let's have dinner. Introduce your wife to the gang."

"Do you want my wife to divorce me?" Jisoo glare at Taehyung
"She is in her first trimester, and the possibility of me being kick out of the room is really high. Just one wrong move buddy, one wrong move and my cute wife will turn to evil."

"Is she that scary?"

"Scary? Tell me that again when you meet her and she glares at you."

"So take her for dinner tonight." Taehyung pats Jisoo in the shoulder. "I'll call the gang."

"But..." Before Jisoo can say anything Taehyung was gone all gone.

"Oh well, maybe it wasn't a bad idea at all."
Jisoo took out her phone and sent a message to her wife.

To: Evil Wife
Hi wife, can we have dinner tonight. My friends want to meet you.

Jisoo put down her phone and continue her work. After 10 minutes her beloved wife replied.

From: Evil Wife
You will introduce me to them?

Jisoo gulped before typing her reply.

To: Evil Wife
Shouldn't I? They asked me out for a night out and i told them I cant and must've told them I have a wife.

From: Evil Wife
Right. Pick me up at 6 pm. Come up to my office, I need help carrying something.

To: Evil Wife
Got it. See you later!

After the last message, Jisoo continues her work, excited for dinner.
She smiles thinking how slowly their married life became normal.
Sleeping in the same bed, eating together, chatting in bed, going to work together and now slowly letting people know she is married.
She is married to Jennie Kim. The most beautiful woman she ever sees and meets.

''Damn, I'm really in love with my wife," Jisoo mumbled.

After work, Jisoo happily left work not before telling Taehyung that they will just meet them in the restaurant.

Jisoo reaches her wife office, her wife told her to just go up to the 8th floor.

Reaching the 8th-floor Jisoo open the door that says Finance department. She smiles seeing her wife busy fixing her things. There are still a few people inside.

"Can we help you?" A woman in her 30's asks.

"I'm looking for Jennie."

"Ms. Jennie Kim someone's here to see you."

Jisoo smile as she waves at her wife. "Hi, wife!"

"Wife?!" The people inside were all shocked by hearing how the 'man' called Jennie.

Jennis rolls her eyes and gestures her wife to her spot. "Dummy." She mumbled

"Ms. Jennie, is 'he' your husband?" Jennie's co-worker asks.

"Guys, this is my 'husband' Kim Jisoo." Jennie introduces her to them then put the paper bags in her hand along with some folders and walk out of the office.
"See you, tomorrow guys."

"Wait for me, wife." Jisoo ran to catch up with her wife.

"You really want people to know you are married?"

Jisoo nod at her wife. "Yes. I want them to know you are my wife."

Jennie sigh. She took the two paper bags from her 'husband'. "Well, i guess it's okay."

Jisoo smile. "Yes, it is okay, wife."

The couple is walking to the lobby when Kai blocks their way.

"K-Kai?"

"Hi, Jennie. Who is 'he'?" Kai asks.

"Kai, this is Jisoo my 'husband', Jis this is Kai. A friend, he is from the legal department."

"Nice to meet you Kai" Jisoo doesn't trust the guy but she has to be nice.
"Sorry buddy, can't shake hand. My hands are full."

"It's okay, Jisoo" Kai looks at Jisoo then to Jennie. "I have to go now. See you tomorrow, Jennie."

Jisoo can see how the man looks at her and her wife. She feels odd about him. There is something wrong about the man.

"How long have you known him?"

"Kai?" Jennie asks. " Two years, why?"

"Be careful around him. I feel something odd about him."

Jennie looks at her wife. So it is not only her who feels weird about the guy. Her wife too.

"I will. Don't worry Jis."
