Thirty-two

After almost five hours, the light on top of the operating room door finally turned off, indicating that the operation was finally done.

Jisoo quickly stood up and walk near the door just on time when the doctor in charge in her wife's operation walked out.

"Doctor, how's my wife? My child?" Jisoo can't wait to know if her wife and child are both safe.

"The operation is successful, both mother and children are safe. But we have to put your children in the incubator for the meantime."

Jisoo sigh in relief then something hit her. "C...children?"

"Congratulations Jisoo, you are now a father of two beautiful girls"

"T...two beautiful g...girls?"

"Yes, you can see them in the nursery later."
The doctor pats Jisoo in the arm,
"your wife will be in her room in a minute, just wait there and the nurse will inform you if you can see your girls."

"Yes, thank you doc."

Jisoo looks at her parents and inlaws.

"I'm a father of two beautiful girls, mom, dad." Tears finally fell in her cheeks.

"Congratulations dear." Jisoo's Mother and her mother-in-law gave her a hug.

"My boy, congratulations!" Jisoo's Father gave her daughter a hug. ''I'm so proud of you."

Jennie's Father who was equally happy being a grandfather pat Jisoo at the back.

"Okay, everyone, I know we are all happy being a first-time father and grandparents but we should go check on Jennie now." Jennie's Father pushed everyone to Jennie's room.

They are almost in Jennie's room when they saw a man in a black jacket and cap trying to open the door. Luckily they always remind the doctor and nurses and other hospital staff to lock Jennie's door if no one is inside.

"Hey!" Jisoo shouted before running towards the man.

"Shit!" The man cursed as he saw Jisoo charging to him. He quickly ran away before Jisoo can catch him.

"Nurse! Quickly call the securities downstairs and warn them about the man in a black jacket and cap now!" Jennie's Father informs the nurse at the nurse's station who quickly follow the order.

"Dad, it's Kai!" Jisoo told her father.

Jennie's Mother opens the door in Jennie's room to check on her daughter. She sighs in relief seeing daughter untouched.

Jisoo followed her mother in law and check on her wife.

"We need tight security here." Jennie's Father says. "tighter security."

Jisoo's Father nodded. "I will call my friend in the military. I will assign a few more security downstairs and in the nursery."

Jisoo's Father wasted no more time and excuse himself to make a phone call.

"I saw him, it was Kai trying to enter Jennie's room. He is up to something." Jisoo holds her wife's hand. "Mom, can't you make a request to just out my children's incubator here?"

Jisoo's Mother rubs her daughter's back. "I'll see what I can do, dear."

"Thanks, mom."

Meanwhile~

"Ahhhhh! I'm almost there! I almost got her!" Kai who was inside his car hitting the steering wheel non-stop screamed. "That fucking Kim! Why he always get in my way!" Kai's eyes were filled with hate. "I can't let him win. I can't let him have my precious Jennie. He needs to go. Out of my way. Out of mine and Jennie's way."

Kai knew with Jisoo keeping a close eye to his wife it is impossible to take Jennie. Especially now that he saw him trying to break inside Jennie's room. He needs help, he needs money.

But where he will get it?

His father.

But will he help him? Will his father help him, cause at this moment he knows that his old man already knew what he did to the Kim's heiress.

There is no harm trying. No one can stop him with all his plans.

Driving to his father's house Kai stopped his car a few meters away. He saw a lot of police and military officers securing his father's house.

"Damn!"

Looks like Jisoo's family are serious of taking him. He can't get any closer to his father's villa without being caught.

"Fuck you Kim Jisoo! Do you think you can stop me and my plans by doing this?! You are making a mistake. If i have to sell my soul to Lucifer i will do it, just to kill you and have Jennie back!"

Kai steps on his gas and drives away, he has a perfect person who he can ask for help and he is sure this person won't say no to him.

Kai stopped his car in front of a luxury house. He pressed the doorbell. He then heard the voice of the person he has not seen for almost three decades.

"It's me mom, Kim Jongin. I need your help."
