Church: You two got these things where?
Tucker: Right up there.
The Blues and Ruby were gathered just outside the fortress. The cyan soldier pointed to the giant spinning blades.
Caboose: So, you went back in time and didn't change. . . anything?
Church: Uh yeah, I was just like a. . . passive observer.
Ruby: But if you really did go back in time, you could've got rid of O'Malley by not calling in Doc.
Caboose: I would have tried to save your life, for me!
Church: Yeah, I didn't think of that. Anyways, I don't think it's a good idea that you two are keeping those things.
Tucker: You're just pissed because you don't have one.
Ruby: I'm keeping it just 'cause it looks cool.
Church: No, you must be confusing me with Tex, she's been staring at you two non stop since you found those things.
Tex stood there staring for a few seconds. . . .
Tex: That's not true.
Church: You haven't taken your eyes off of it.
Tex: Yes I have.
Church: Then why haven't you looked at me the entire time I've been talking?
Tex: I'm looking at you right now.
She was still staring at the swords.
Church: No, you're not!
Tex: I've already seen you. . . not too impressed.
Ruby: Tex, no. Finders keepers, and be nice.
Tex: Okay fine.
The Blues were a little taken aback by how fast Tex gave in.
Church: Hey wait a second, why're you here and not with your team?
Ruby: Oh. . . To be entirely honest, I need a small break from them. I didn't wanna be any meaner, so I just kind of came over here without saying anything. Besides, we aren't exaclty fighting, so might as well make friends.
Caboose: Yes! I love friends!
Ruby: Me too Caboose!
Church: Oh god, not two of them.
The Blue rookie then look at Tex.
Caboose: I would have tried to save Tex too. . . .
Church: Well, I didn't Caboose. I didn't try to save me, I didn't try to save Tex and I sure as hell didn't make millions of copies of myself trying to keep the bomb from going off.
Caboose: Oh. *whispers* Because that was my next suggestion.
Ruby: Yeah, it was gonna be mine too.
Church: Leave me alone! I didn't wanna mess with the timeline.
Ruby: Geez, you guys are so mean to each other.
Tucker: That's Church for ya.
Caboose: Time. . . line. *scoffs* Time isn't made out of lines. It is made out of circles. That is why clocks are round.
His response was a little delayed.
Ruby: He kind of has a point.
Meanwhile, Tex, while no longer looking at Ruby's sword, had her eyes locked on Tucker's.
