As George's eyes flickered shut while the tv was quietly playing his favorite movie, a light knock tapped against the door.

It startled him, to say the least since he was half asleep.

He slowly sat up, rubbing his eyes and patting his lips.

"Hello?" He whispered.

The door opened, revealing Dream who stood in the doorway beside George's bed.

He was fully dressed, wearing a flannel and some jeans.

"Clay? What the hell are you doing? What time is it?" He whisper shouted.

"Can I take you somewhere?"

"What?"

"Can I take you somewhere. Please? You're leaving me tomorrow."

"We can't- it's-"

Before he could continued, he pulled his phone out of his pocket and turned it on, the white screen blaring against his eyes.

"It's almost one in the morning."

"George, please. I'm begging you. This is the last chance we have to spend time together a-and We won't be gone long."

Dream looked down on George innocently, still leaning against the doorframe.

At this point, George couldn't say no. And Dream had a point.

"Okay. Give me a few minutes and I'll meet you downstairs."

Dream flashed him a quick smile before giving him a thumbs up and turning out of George's room.

At first he slumped down back to how he'd previously been laying, staring at the ceiling with his phone laying on his chest while plugged into the charger.

Where was Dream even going to take him? He was too tired to bother asking.

George slipped on some casual sweatpants and a hoodie, then socks and shoes and made his way downstairs.

He didn't care for fixing up his hair or looking at himself in the mirror to make sure he looked good.

He met with Dream beside the front door.

"So, where exactly are we going?" George muttered, dangerously loud.

Dream pressed his finger to his lips, signaling for him to shut up.

"You're gonna wake up Nick."

"I don't care."

Dream glared, grabbing George by the wrist and unlocking the door.

Dream locked the door behind them, still holding onto George's wrist while they ran out to the car.

When the touch disconnected, George sighed to himself.

While pulling out of the driveway, Dream kept his eyes steady on the area in front of him while George's eyes were glued to Dreams.

"You never answered my question."

Dreams eyes didn't fall anywhere else besides the road in front of him.

"Jeez, have you ever been surprised at all? Ever?"

George shrugged, bringing his eyes to face the window.

"Oh," Dream muttered.

"What?"

Dream smirked. "So you've never been on a date before, I suppose?"

"A date? This is what this is?"
