Fragile and clear,
So pristine,
Translucent,

As shards hit the skin,
You snear,
Pain sores,
Blood spills,

But that is no sin,
You will heal,
Let your face steal,

Trapped in a prison,
Of your own creation,
It's a see through maze,
Which mirrors praise,

The false sense of security,
Sharp edges seem smooth,
They soothe,

But then the facade shatters,
Fragments,
Scattered,

You'll feel it once in awhile,
You will feel denial,

So fragile an clear,
The scream for all to hear,
Broken,
And,
Shattered,

You had a heart of glass,
But this to shall pass,
Not all heart breaks at last,

Let them see through,
Your no mirror,
You dither,

Fragily strong,
Translucently opaque,
Distantly near,

Present the parts of yourself you wish for them to see,

Protect your heart of glass,
Let people pass.
